They are awesome. They did a good job; it was great. We've actually used them for several jobs. The plumbers are really good and they are very responsive. We had a little crisis where the water heater started leaking and they got out really quickly to do it so their customer service is really good. Their plumbers are really high quality. They do the appropriate level of work. We live in an older house and they give us options on what we can do. They are very honest. We did some research once they gave us a quote and their prices were competitive. It was not a discounted price. We looked for customer service, competitive price, responsiveness and quality when we were replacing the water heater. We have recommended them to friends.

I received a number of quotes from other companies for this job. The complex part was running the two designated circuits to the back of the house to be connected to a couple of kitchen outlets. Most companies wanted to run the lines around the outside of the house which would have been a major eyesore. I asked for Jeff Ferree, VP Electrical for Ideal Electrical, to come out and give me an estimate, because I wanted an experienced opinion on how to run these lines most professionally. I was impressed by his knowledge, confidence and experience. That coupled with the reputation of Ideal Electrical Services on Angie's List, plus my experience with using them before, led me to hire them for this job. They did the work expertly and when unexpected problems arose, they solved everything efficiently and performed the job perfectly.

They arrived on time. Met with me and explained what they were going to do. Started the work promptly. Reported their findings. Finished before scheduled time.

They were knowledgeable. Everything was good except for their price, so I did not end up going with them. They charged me $75 for the estimate. I would not consider using them again in the future.

I had a water main break and the water had to be shut off to my entire house. Central was referred to me by Greene Plumbing. Central showed up and looked at the problem. They told me they were dispatched to repair a water heater not a water main break and could not work on the breadk until the next day. Central showed up the next day and started digging down to the where the water main break should be. When they got to 3 feet deep Central said they could not dig any deeper until i shored up the hole they had dug. The collected $1000 for digging a hole and left.

I was replacing a 50-year-old furnace, and the service was good. I still have to get the inspection done. There was some issue with the exchange of air; the coding was different then than it is now. They still have to come back, do some work on it and have the inspector inspect it again. They were very good. I have used them before for some plumbing issues. I am the kind of person that if I get somebody I like, I will stick with them. They have been very helpful. Sometimes, they have gone above and beyond what they have needed to do, which is kind of nice these days. I did not shop around; their price of roughly about $4000 was neither the lowest nor the highest. There were some rebates offered as well. Their quality of work was good.

They were good, responsive but expensive. Overall they were great and I will use them again in the future.

It was an amazingly smooth transaction. Technicians were on time, or, they called to let me know their ETA if they were running behind. Communication was stellar. Costs were reasonable. I will use this company again and again. Excellent, reliable, professional...and most of all, honest and trustworthy. Highly recommended.

Central Plumbing was on time (actually early). I now longer hear that "whining/screeching" in my plumbing. GOOD JOB.

They are really consistently most polite and attentive. Their work is really very, very good.

It was a dirty job and they did it well. Although this is a fairly large company, they always seem to send the same plumber, who is a nice guy who does good work. I trust their judgement and workmanship, and the prices are reasonable.

It was a tricky installation, and they did it really well. They cleaned up after themselves, and I am happy with it. They were very competent. The major part of the price was the actually cost of the toilet, which was on the expensive side because I chose it. Their price was lower for the installation. They came when they said they were going to. They are professional, and they did a good job.

The guy was supposed to come out and give me an estimate. He gave me an estimate if they did all the work and also if we did part of the work. They were going to waive the estimate fee if they did the work. I never received my estimate so called them after a couple weeks. They said he's been busy but would let him know I called. I still never heard anything, called again. I finally got something in the mail but it wasn't an estimate. The bill was about $1750 if I used them, which I thought was excessive. Plus, there was a lot of information that I didn't understand, a lot of work that he had not discussed. I ended up not using them. No one ever called me for follow up or anything. I just don't want to rely on someone like that.

In appearance the estimator was disheveled, but he seemed knowledgeable. The equipment he recommended may have been excessive for our needs. The company we went with eventually was recommending a smaller system. We could have asked Ideal for a different quote, but we already felt better about the other company.

Water heater was leaking all over garage. I called in the morning and someone was at my house in 1 hour. They had one of their water heater guys available so it might not work that quickly all the time but it was nice. He checked the water heater and showed me where it was leaking from. I needed a new one. He removed the old one, installed the new one along with a leak pan and a drain line that ran to the outside of the garage. The next time it leaks, it will leak outside and not flood my garage. Great service. Pleasant and professional.

It was a tough choice, but in the end decided to go with a different company that came in a little bit less. Wouldn't hesitate to use go with Ideal another time. Good Experience.

I was very satisfied and everything was fine. They were able to detect the leak and we subsequently had it repaired by a general contractor.

Don the owner was very responsive to our needs and Aaron the plumber is just fantastic. We will definitely be using them when we finish up our job on the foundation and also for any other plumbing problems we have down the road.

It went very well. They do a lot of analytical work on the job as they quote it out. They are very confident. They are not cheap, they weren't the lowest bidder. They are clean, they ran into some problems and it took them a lot longer to clean than they thought but they went through with the job. I would say that they come highly recommended.

They diagnosed and fixed the problem promptly. Service technician was polite and thoughtful.

It went really well! He was on time. It was raining and he was VERY careful not to track anything into the house. He had all the parts he needed, was friendly, knowledgeable and just great!

They told me that my furnace had a carbon monoxide leak and needed to be replaced. I got a second and third opinion from San Diego Gas and Electric and found that there was no leak at all. I told the owner about this issue, and he promised to speak to his technician and get to the bottom of things. He never got back to me though.
