Wayne, an owner, came to do the estimate and he personally called me back and scheduled the installer who was prompt and professional.

Very smooth from start to finish. Hauled off old blinds. Installation went off with out a hitch. Got an appointment before I got blinds, but got installed even earlier. Start to finish was 18 days, They look great. Thank you.

they were great. i moved into a fixer upper townhome and had some paper up on the windows to prevent people from looking in. apparently a homeless man thought the place was unoccupied, so that prompted me to put window treatments to the front of the remodel to-do list. i needed just some simple faux wood white blinds to hang to give me some privacy. i got a bid from 3 day blinds that was over $500!!! even with an angieslist coupon. i called costco/hunter douglas, and they laughed when i asked them for something cheaper. wayne came out and gave a best bid. he was professional and friendly. i am very pleased with the job they did. i will use them to do the rest of my windows later after the other parts of my home renovation are completed. just because they are rated on angies list doesn't mean they have cornered a market. they are really good and deserve their high rating. they are local, small business.

Wayne (owner) came out as scheduled for the estimate and measurements. We were only going to do one room with the high windows at first, but after his estimate, we decided to go ahead and complete the entire house with the additional 8 windows (16 total). We informed him of our plans for a party in 3 weeks and he said he would try to get the order in quickly and hopefully get the job completed prior to the date. The installer called a few days prior to the deadline and arranged a two-day installation. He arrived on time and nearly completed the entire job in one day. One of the blinds was defective (motor didn't work) and had to be returned, but all others installed without incident. The returned blind was installed a few weeks later, and we are very pleased with the function appearance and thermal protection we get from these beautiful blinds. With regard to the defective blind. One true measure of how a company works is when there is adversity. They handled the defective blind issue very professionally and kept us up to date with status as appropriate. We're very pleased with their customer service in this matter.

The price was great. The experience with them was excellent. They were prompt and professional. I would highly recommend them.

A few years ago I replaced a couple of broken blinds and used this company. I thought they were awesome. They were newly in business at that time, so I didn't know if they had survived the downturn in the economy. I searched Angie's list and found them at the top of their category! I really wasn't surprised based on my original experience with them. I called and set an appointment with Eldann to come measure and give me an estimate. He was able to come out either that same day or the next (June 29). Once the estimate was completed, Eldann told me the blinds would be done in about 2 1/2 weeks. I told him that would be just in time for our out-of-town guests. He said he'd make a note of the date they were due in town and make sure we had our blinds in time. I received a phone call on July 11 from Eldann. The blinds were ready and Brian, the installer, could come the next day. Brian arrived promptly and was in and out within a little over an hour. His work was quick and precise and he hauled away the old blinds. I couldn't be more thrilled with their service.

Eldann came and spent 2 hours going over the options and figuring various price points. The shades were ready in 3 weeks as I was told and the installer did an excellent job.

This is the second time we have used Harmony Blinds and Shutters. They responded quickly to our request for a home visit, assisted us in selection of appropriate window treatments, ordered the blinds and installed them when they arrived. The whole process was flawless just like the first time we used their services. We could not possibly be happier with the results. We are kind of sad that we are running out of windows that need treatments. Harmony Blinds was a pleasure to work with.

Excellent service from start to finish, and then some. Eldann arrived with a wide selection of blinds to choose from, and made perceptive suggestions as we assessed each location throughout the house. I chose four different kinds of blinds for different areas, so each space has something that is particularly well-suited to it. The blinds were ready promptly and installation quickly scheduled. Everything went smoothly and professionally. After using the new blinds for a week or so, I decided I wanted to remove some of the cord cleats, but couldn't budge them, as they were firmly screwed in. I give Harmony especially high marks for their cheerful willingness to come back to loosen them for me. I now have exactly what I want: beautiful blinds from a great company to work with~ highly recommended.

We had a deadline that approached very quickly. They were able to meet the deadline and did the work very well. The man that came out to do the work was very nice and did a great job. I asked him a couple questions about another job and was very helpful in answering those questions as well.

we made an appointment for measurment and proposal. we accepted the proposal and they ordered material. when it arrived they made an appointment or instsallation. the material is first rate, and the installation was superb. we couldn't be happier

Since we recently moved from Maryland to San Diego, we knew nothing about the companies in the area. I went on Angie's List and found Harmony Blinds. I called them, told them what I was looking forward and they set up an appointment for Wayne to come out about three days later. Wayne was great in that he listened very carefully, had pictures and samples with him and had some great suggestions. We decided to do honeycomb shade on three windows, fabric pleated shades on several windows and also a custom-made plantation shutter for our master bathroom. All in all I think we got a lot for our money and it looks beautiful. So much nicer than buying store bought items. The only issue I had was when I originally called for the appointment they were apparently having phone and/or internet issues and it was very difficult to get through. I had to keep trying and trying. I suggested the receptionist call me back, but she didn't want to do that. That sort of put me off, but I chalked it up to her having a bad day and I'm glad I went with them anyway. I will call them again as I have a few other windows I'd like to cover in the future.

Eldan Chandler, Consultant, was thoroughly professional and helpful in helping us choose the correct shutters, including style, size, and color, and was sensitive to our budget. Everything was exactly on time. Fabrication was perfect, and required no clean-up on my part. Shutters are lovely.

Wayne came to the house measured, discussed options for color and style, and helped me determine what would best meet my needs and provide the look that I wanted. The order went smoothly and Wayne emailed the specifications to me. When the shutters were finished, they called to make an appt. to install them. The installers were professional, neat, and pleasant. I'm very happy with my new shutters--and would highly recommend them!

I had to reschedule my initial appointment and Wayne was very accomodating. When he arrived, he brought several samples and explained my choices. He helped me with color selection. The window treatments arrived two weeks later, as Wayne had indicated it would be 2 to 2-1/2 weeks. The installer (sorry don't recall his name) was punctual and very quick. Really liked how he treated my house and floor with care; took the packing materials and trash bag with him. Would purchase again when I need new treatments.

Eldann was professional, helpful and insightful. I had read the reviews on this site and that's why I chose this company. Eldann measured everything, showed us different types of blinds to pick from and then they installed the blinds a few weeks later and they look great. It was a great experience and nothing was "pushed" on us like some sales people do. We're really happy with the blinds and will use this company again.

My wife had been told by a well known competitor that the work she wanted done was not possible but that a less satisfactory alternative would cost $2,000.00. I recently had a good experiance with Harmony when they installed a blind at my office and suggested a comparison bid. Wayne Gray came to our house and in consultation with my wife proposed doing everything she wanted for $1,000.00. Within the stated timeframe a very competant installer came out and finished the job quickly, neatly and to my wife's exacting standards.

Very well. Eldann was every bit the professional. He was thoroughly versed in the product and gave expert guidance about color, style etc. I could not have been more pleased. And Eldann followed up several times to make sure we were pleased.

VERY helpful assisting us to make a choice that suited our needs. Never PUSHED higher priced items. Was polite, prompt and professional. Product arrived ahead of the promised date. Installation was meticulous and clean up and removal of old blinds was neat and clean. An exceptionally satisfactory and pleasant experience

Wayne Gray came to my home on 7/22/09 and measured 3 windows for new blinds. He had installed 2 of the same type earlier this year downstairs and now I needed them in my upstairs bedroom and hallway. They would have been ready sooner, but I was having the rooms painted and asked if I could wait until Sept. 1 for installation. On Sept. 1, Brian came and installed them and they are absolutely beautiful. I hope to do the last of my rooms next year.

They are by far the most professional people I've had to come and do work on my home. Usually, you have to keep an eye on contractors but these brothers were great. They clean up almost before the dust hits the floor! They were reasonably priced, but even if they charged more, I would hire them again because they were so great from start to finish. I don't know much about window dressings, but they made the whole process very painless--they helped me decide what I needed, what would look best, what to order, and their communication was wonderful.

This company is superb!!! Fom start to finish they were fantastic. Wayne came & brought samples for us to choose from. We decided the shutter would be the best, he helped with ideas such as the space between so it wouldn't block the view too much. Also a nice light weight blind for over the kitchen sink which would allow for privacey but let light through. He wrote up an estimate & explained all the costs. He told us it would be 5 weeks for the blinds to arrive which was no problem. They called to schedule an installation appointment right when they arrived. The installation went very smoothly & in a timely manner. The blinds look fantastic!
