Cesar worked with us to find appropriate choices both functionally and aesthetically. He clearly has a good eye for options that would work, and helped us find something we were happy with. He was on time, conscientious, and did the installations himself when the blinds were ready. All look good now and we're delighted with the result.

Harmony is a great company, both from the standpoint of personnel and products. Wayne has a talent for understanding the client's objectives and aesthetics, and communicates well with his people. He made excellent recommendations for our window coverings, including vertical shades for large sliding doors. The fabrics on the upstairs woven shades are beautiful. The plantation shutters on many windows are outstanding in functionality, appearance, and value. The motorized Hunter Douglas shade technology is very convenient for large windows. Our whole living environment was recreated by these shades, making our home more elegant and functional. Brian, Aldo and the other technical staff are first rate, and approach their work with total commitment to customer satisfaction. If anything is not right, Brian will work to ensure it is corrected. It's a pleasure to have them come into our home. Frank is the Office Manager, and together with Danielle, handle all customer appointments and service call scheduling. They have the knowledge and experience to understand everything that's going on between the sales, service and customer questions, and effectively pull it all together. I heartily recommend Harmony to anyone looking for quality window coverings and service.

Eldann Chandler, our sales consultant, helped me helped me find a solution for a west facing window to match a previous ordered shade on another window. It took some creative ideas involving a reverse roll and battery powered remote to avoid cords and finish the window. The installers did a conscientious job wearing shoe protectors and placing tools on a cloth over the wood floor. I will definitely use them again.

Great! Eldann helped me select a Hunter Douglas shade that fit inside the window frame so it didn't conflict with the existing window treatment. The color blended in and he suggested "reverse rolling" it to finish the top edge. His suggested treatment was so much better than the other quote I received, less than half the price and included installation.

I contacted Harmony Blinds and they were very helpful in finding the most efficient method of getting the blind repaired and re-installed quickly. They honored the warranty without any issues and I had the working blind back installed a week later. The only charge was for shipping. Great!

Awesome. The consultant, Tim (the owner I think), who came out to give a quote really new what was available and offered some great suggestions. We couldn't be happier with the result. The installer, Alex, was punctual, professional, and completed the job very quickly. The price was also 30% less than the 2nd quote we obtained. We really couldn't be happier with the entire process. Wayne from Harmony Blinds and Shutters came out to measure and give me a price for shades for one skylight and one window. The window is an odd shape, and we discussed the options and he explained the pricing differential for different options. His recommendations were good, and as another reviewer mentioned, they don't automatically try to sell you the most expensive option. The installer was very professional and did a good job of explaining the use of the remote control unit. Will definitely contact Harmony Blinds and Shutters the next time we need window coverings.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. From the outset, every member of the team was professional, competent, responsive, and fanatic about installation and cleanliness. I would use them again, and recommend them wholeheartedly.

I'm very satisfied with the work that was done. The price was right for the extent of the work done (Costco was going to be 50% more AFTER the 10% cash card!) Everyone I worked with was friendly and professional. The third party contractor specifically mentioned that Eldann from Harmony did a great job measuring. They took down my old shutters at no extra cost. Initial quality seems good, and they have a lifetime warranty, if there are any problems. There were a couple minor disappointments, but everything worked out well: 1) Delivery took a few weeks longer than expected. 2) I was promised a crew of two for the install. Only one showed up, but he got the work done in the time allotted - even though he wasn't expecting to have to remove my old shutters.

It went beautifully. I got several estimates, and not only did I like their product best, they were also the cheapest. They were on time, worked quickly, and the blinds are beautiful. One blind was defective, and was reordered and replaced promptly. I highly recommend this organization.

They are wonderful! The selection and quality are excellent. Service was as promised and very professional. And the price was 35% better than 3-Day. I would use them again.

We needed sun shades for our downtown condo. Of the three companies that we spoke to, Harmony had by far the best pricing and quickest responses to our questions. We went through several plan changes along the way, but Wayne was patient and accommodating in revising the quotes (although sometimes it took a few days). Installers Brian and Chris showed up 15 minutes early on the appointed day, and finished the job quickly and professionally, while taking care to protect our interior. They immediately recognized without our telling them that our ceiling is not level, and made the necessary adjustments so that the shades work flawlessly. At the end, we asked them to make a few minor adjustments, which they did gladly. The shades look and work great.

Fantastic! Eldann came out to do an estimate and then, after I chose Harmony, he returned to f/u, provided me with more information on what type of shutter composition would be best for my needs, answered all my questions, and was very helpful. I got four estimates from four different companies and Harmony was the most reasonable for my budget. I think Chris is the name of the installer; he was a bit late but called me ahead of time to let me know and was spot on time. He installed the shutters quickly and efficiently. I LOVE them. They give my bedroom a new ambience, keep out the hot sun (my bedroom faces south) while still letting in lots of light. I would use Harmony again; they only catch is that the process took two months from start to finish, so you have to be patient, but Harmony is worth it.

President Wayne Gray was most accommodating and very pleasant. His installers were very competent, helpful, and respectful. We are enjoying the new look!

Absolutely could not have been better. We had shutters installed on the first floor years ago but the company we used was no longer in business. We were happy to have found Harmony. They were incredible. The shutters were ordered for the Master bedroom. They came within the time frame promised and are the are the perfect color match. They were installed faster than expected. The installer also vacuumed the are and made sure all furniture was replaced correctly. He also took the time to show me how to tighten them in a few years should they loose tension. Did not know that -- the ones in the family room have lost tension over the years. After he left I was able to fix them no problem. Excellent.

Very, very happy with my new shutters. Started out with shutters in the living room and dining room, so impressed with the look, they came back to do the shutters in two bedrooms. Had to wait for coverings for the kitchen and two sliders due to a remodel, am now waiting for the installation mid this month. Extremely happy with the professionalism of the staff and installer, Definitely recommend!
