Working with Wayne was great, he came in with samples and measured exactly for a large bypass shutter. The shutter looks great after installation and we are very pleased with the results.

Harmony Blinds provided professional friendly service starting with a very fair estimate. Many samples available to choose from. From ordering to installation took a few weeks as the orders go to factories in California. The installation was performed professionally. We love the new look.

I had to have one skylight shade rebuilt from scratch due to some problems. Harmony Blinds stood behind their product and repaired and replaced it until I was completely satisfied. They even called the manufacturer and had one rebuilt from scratch.

At every stage from estimation to installation, the work was provided on time and with outstanding detail. In fact, after our initial order and installation, my husband and I were not happy with our choice of treatments in our bedroom. We asked Wayne to return and once again worked with him in re-ordering a different window coverings. Wayne was gracious to provide us a discount, which was very unexpected, but of course, welcomed! Great! Wayne did a good job of helping me coordinate the entire condo so the various treatments really fit each room in design and style. I made the decisions but his input was a huge help. The quality of the installation is excellent.

From beginning to end this was a great experience. Wayne had some good suggestions for the living room and family room. Both rooms have big windows along with varying window/door sizes along the same wall. There was a problem with one of the installations, which was a manufacturing issue. Wayne handled the problem very quickly and Brian, the installer made sure things worked they way they should as well as making things look perfect! I would recommend this company to anyone wanting great service at a very reasonable price.

Wayne came over to measure windows and show samples. They were installed by his brother Brian. Customer service is excellent with this company and they are prompt and do beautiful work. This is the second time we have used them for this house and will use them again.

The initial appointment to select blinds and measure went very well. Wayne was very patient with out slow decision-making process and provided a lot of good advice and information. The blinds were ordered promptly and ready for installation less than two weeks later. The installer was friendly and did a beautiful job hanging all the blinds despite the fact that one of the window casements wasn't level. They even took down our old, ugly blinds and took them away for a small, additional fee. We had an excellent experience and would definitely use them again!

The installer was prompt and very professional in the work he performed. The first time he installed the shade for the slider and he had to return to do the skylight shade because he didn't have a ladder that was tall/safe enough to perform the installation. He actually ended up purchasing a ladder to complete the job.

Estimate was done very carefully, providing good information on possible alternatives and lots of detail. Installation work was scheduled for and accomplished within the two day preferred window established at time of order. Everyone at the company was very professional and courteous. The blinds look great.

Wayne and his company were wonderful. Wayne/his company reps. came to my house on at least three occasions when I was having difficulty making choices about window coverings. He brought sample books galore and provided lots of useful advice to get me started. When we had a difficult window to do, he brought the shutter rep out to my house who drew up an AWESOME custom design that I LOVE. The price is reasonable too (although it was easy to go over-budget as prices aren't listed up-front). The custom shutters took a LOOONG time to make - about 9 weeks, but the other windows were completed reasonably - within about 5 weeks for the shutters, and less than 3 for the honeycombs. I would definitely recommend Harmony Blinds to friends.

Mr. Gray was very professional, arrived on time and answered all my questions. He said it would be 5 weeks before they would be ready for installation, and it was exactly 5 weeks. I think the price I paid for the quality of the merchandise was competitive, and I am very pleased with the finished product. My home was built in the 50s so the window frames had to be removed and rebuilt to accommodate the depth of the shutters. The man who did the labor worked very hard and did a beautiful job.

What a pleasure to work with such reputable company as Harmony Blinds. Wayne delivered everything he promised. The price was excellent and the quality was superior to the competitors. We had looked a 3 Day blinds first and Harmony had a superior product and a superior price. The installation was excellent and on time. I've had to deal with a lot of contractors in the last year because we have remodeled the house. I can say with all honesty that Harmony Blinds was the best by far.

WAYNE GRAY, THE OWNER CAME OUT AND GAVE US A VERY COMPETITIVE PRICE QUOTE FOR THE WINDOW TREATMENTS IN OUR HOUSE. HE WAS THE ONLY COMPANY WHO TOLD US THAT THEY WOULD TAKE DOWN OUR OLD SHUTTERS. ALL THE OTHER COMPANIES STATED THAT THEY WOULD NOT TAKE DOWN THE PRE-EXISTING SHUTTERS. HARMONY BLINDS HAD THE BEST PRICING ON ALL OF THE WINDOW TREATMENTS WE WANTED PLUS OFFERED TO TAKE ALL OF THE PRE-EXISTING ONES DOWN. BRIAN CAME OUT ON TIME AND DID AN ABSOLUTELY AMAZING JOB ON EVERYTHING. THE VERTICAL BLINDS IN THE FAMILY ROOM WAS QUITE A CHALLENGE WITH HAVING TO COVER THREE - 10 FOOT SLIDING DOORS AND TO MAKE THEM LOOK EVEN. THE REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF THE NEW SHUTTERS IN OUR LIVING ROOM WAS OUTSTANDING. THEY LOOK BEAUTIFUL AND TOTALLY CHANGED THE APPEARANCE IN THE ROOM. THE WAIT FOR THE PRODUCTS WERE MINIMAL AND WAYNE KEPT US POSTED ON DELIVERIES. OVERALL, WE LOVE ALL OF THE WINDOW TREATMENTS WE HAD DONE THROUGH HARMONY BLINDS AND WOULD DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN ANYTIME.
