I called and set up an appointment for Wayne to come out and discuss installing shutters and other window treatment options for our house. He brought a number of samples and made some very helpful suggestions to help decrease the amount of energy loss we were having from a number of our windows. He was very friendly and patient, and meticulously measured all of the windows (some were quite high and hard to get to). Brian, the installer, came out about a week later (earlier than promised!) and installed the honeycombs. He was also very friendly and did a great job installing the shades, explaining how they work, and cleaning up after the job. We have also ordered shutters through them, and are looking forward to the installation of those too! I would recommend them to anybody.

This went very well. I had another estimate but I chose these guys because they had ideas on products I had never heard of. I spent more than I had planned but it is well worth it. They were actually early putting in my stuff. The best part is that Wayne had some ideas on how to open the shades that work really well for a big condo window. He is very low pressure. The installation went very well as well.

I originally called Wayne at Harmony to come give me a bid on shutters for our newly painted living room. The price would have been over $800.00 . I asked about faux wood blinds and he said they would be about $250.00 I told him I'd get back to him. I called a couple of days later and said I had decided to go with blinds and he came back and showed me choices and also showed me a beautiful vallance they offer. I gave him a deposit and he said he would try and have them ready when my painter was going to be through so we wouldn't have to live in a fish bowl. Good to his word, the day after the painters left Brian came at 8:00 a.m. on a Saturday and installed the new blinds. They are so beautiful and I'm glad I purchased them instead of the shutters. We had bought faux wood blinds for the kitchen a year ago and after paying for the blinds and the handyman to install them, the cost was no more for the custom ones from Harmony. And, the vallance made such a nice touch!

Wayne came out and brought samples of the product and gave us an estimate. Brian installed the shades and when there was a problem with the size of one item he returned on a later date to complete the job. This company is very professional and makes the client feel appreciated. We are very pleased with our shades and would encourage others looking for window treatments to contact this company.

We had an estimate for the blinds we wanted from another company and called Wayne Grey at Harmony blinds to get a second estimate. We had a pretty good idea what we wanted and sent our approximate measurements to Mr. Gray. He responded within a few hours with an approximate estimate. He came to our home the following day, took measurements, proposed some changes based on his experience and provided an exact estimate that was over $1500 less than the estimate from the other company. We accepted his offer. The blinds were installed within two weeks, and to say we are extremely pleased hardly seems like enough praise.

Great company representatives; Eldan and Brian are experts at correctly measuring for and installing the shutters and blind. I am very meticulous and they exceeded my expectations. In addition, Eldann followed up with a letter and Starbucks gift card--a very welcome gift. Also, the installation was perfectly completed, on time and no mess at all or inconvenience. Amazing customer service. I highly recommend this company.

We knew we would be paying a little more cost than going through some big box company such as a home improvement store, but we believed that Harmony Blinds was so highly rated and really gave personal touches. Additionally, they were not too big to not give that much needed personal touch with novices like us. Eldann Chandler came out three times because we were installing blinds by phases aiding on window installation as well as other contracting work to be done so we could decide on colors. The first phase were the Vertical Vinyl Blinds that we had installed and also repaired. They usually do not always offer repairs, but they did repair the damages done by the previous owners and also replaced some of the broken vertical blinds. They charged about $150 for the repair, that is in the $2000 estimate. Eldann was always communicating with me every step of the way. The next step were the faux wood blinds for the bathrooms. Eldann recommended these because the price was right. Final phase, we did the same faux wood blinds for all but one of the bedrooms and we did honeycomb blinds for the kitchen and zero sunlight transfer honeycomb blinds for one bedroom that received too much sun for a toddler to sleep-in in the morning. They did a very thorough and great job. I really appreciated Eldann's candor and recommendations for color schemes.

We were very happy with their service. There was an accident while installing, but they not only adjusted the price, but also wrote us an apology and gave us a gift card. Even though there was that small problem, we were still extremely happy with them. They did a great job, and the products they had were of very good quality. We were so pleased with their service, we even asked them if they would travel to work on other home in Los Angeles.

Wayne came out and gave us a bid on our new home. We had 55 windows and he measured all of them and gave me a price in the same day. He was great to work with. His follow up was great, he worked with us on the pricing so that we could make it work. His installer was very nice, on time and put on shoe covers when he was on the carpet, which I think shows that they care.

When we needed new window coverings for our newly installed sliding glass door, I only called Wayne. Once again, he came out, spent as much time as we needed making a decision, explored all our options and even called the factory to see if we could do something special and different I was contemplating. His customer service is above and beyond and I will never hesitate to call Wayne for any blinds, shutters or cellular shades - he does it all. Oh, and we had a handle break off on one of our older cellular shades (probably due to my 2-year old). One e-mail to Wayne to explain the problem, and two days later a new handle arrived from the factory. He told me how to install it, and even offered to help if I couldn't figure it out (it was easy though). I tell everyone about Wayne and Harmony Blinds.

His installers were courteous during scheduling, called to confirm before the install, and called to let us know they were on their way or when they were stuck in traffic. His installers were very professional, and they gave us detailed explanations on how to use the new window covers. After each segment of the install, Wayne called to confirm we were satisfied. We highly recommend Wayne.

They had a great product. The shades had a privacy liner that was separate from the wood. They installed it very professionally, and said they would come back if need.

Could not be happier. We rented a house, had it painted, and the painters put the old blinds in the garage, where they were accidentally thrown away! The new tenants came in to find no window treatments, and Harmony stepped up to the plate immediately. New blinds were measured, ordered, and installed, at a price far lower and quality far higher than any of the competitors. First class, European style service from start to finish, even a thank you note! If everyone ran their business the way Harmony runs, poor Angie's List would be out of business!
