Description of Work: Eldan visited home and showed me options for blinds, I shortlisted few of them and visited the store again to finalize them. After narrowing it down to couple of options, I wanted to check how they would look at my place, so Eldan scheduled another appoint and brought them to my home and finalized. He was very helpful and professional. The installation was scheduled couple of weeks later and done as expected. The new blinds look great and were within my budget. I would recommend them if you are looking for upgrading blinds

Description of Work: Great consultation , installer was polite and expedient and professional . One call back to fix a set of blinds and it was handled properly with no charge to me. I would recommend to others.

Description of Work: They came over and measured windows for shutters. I ordered one shutter for a fan shaped window. It was supposed to take 6 weeks, but it took 8 weeks to come in due to Chinese New Year.... no surprise these products are made in China :) No problem with me on the 2 week delay-- what can you do?! Shutter was installed-- very high quality and looks beautiful. Stops the afternoon sun from beating in on my couch. Great company, would definitely use again!

Description of Work: Made appointment for in home estimate for new blinds. Person arrived on time, showed me samples, and I proceeded with an order giving the required deposit. I was only going to be at my home until mid March and was assured the blinds would be ordered and installed before that date. When I did not hear anything I called the company and found that the order had not been placed. It meant that the blinds had to be installed after I left. I was lucky enough to have a good neighbour who could let the installer in to my place to install the blinds.I was given a 100.00 compensation for the error and in the end the blinds are good and improved the look of the room where they were installed.

Description of Work: Harmony Blinds and Shutters was asked to provide an estimate to install vertical and horizontal blinds in five rooms of a house. Their representative was on time and very courteous. He provided an estimate that was reasonable and I hired the company to install the blinds. When the blinds arrived, an appointment was made for the installation. The installers completed the job in less than a day and did an excellent job.

Description of Work: Measured, constructed and installed shutters in our bedroom It was a fairly small job, but it was done in a first class manner. The price was very good and the quality of both the shutters and their installation was excellent. I will use them again.

Description of Work: Wayne came out and discussed all my options for window treatments in my master bedroom. I have several windows and a sliding glass door. They are all different heights, so making the end product look good is a challenge. In addition I wanted a black out feature with an easy lift system. This was not an easily accomplished request. We found a solution, and the blinds were manufactured. In addition I asked for fabric Valences to go above the blinds. I told Wayne generally the type of fabric and look I wanted and he came back with perfect choices for me. When installation time came, the installer patched up holes left by previous window treatment on the ceiling and walls without being asked to do so, for no additional charge. The appointments were kept on time, and communication could not have been more professional. I am so impressed with the gem of a find, that I am having Wayne do several more window projects throughout my home. I highly recommend this business.
