I like that they're responsive. They do what they say that they're going to do. We also asked them to take care of a mouse problem but it was expensive.

They are responsible and reliable and cost-effective.

We have been very satisfied with them. We are on a schedule with them, and they come out every quarter. They are prompt. Over the past ten years, we have had two representatives from them, and they both have been very amiable and friendly, and they just know what’s going on.

They did a pretty good job. I got the recommendation from a friend, and have been using Harbor Pest Control for about 6 or 7 years. I am not sure about their pricing. I was more concerned with the quality of inspection, not just the price. I have not compared them in terms of price. I'll continue to use them in the future. They are pretty thorough.

I had a maintanence contract with them. I'm not sure what was on the contract, so that is why I didn't renew it. They are expensive for what they did. They were pleasant and well organized. The staff was very personable.

This company came out and did a very thorough inspection of our place. The price was really reasonable. The technician actually showed us how to pack our food properly before they treated the home. They also put our gravel and mulch back up against the house after they were done. The technician took extra time speaking to my elderly mother to make sure she understood the treatment was safe for her dogs. He even gave her a discount on the treatment.

Everything always goes well when we use them. They have provided excellent service over the years, and we like the technician that the company sends.

After arriving within the agreed-upon window, Michael took a look and (see above) got the info he needed to act, as well as to inform me of the two distinct ways that termite waste can result, and the recommended practices for dealing with them. He gave me a lot of info, an education i can use to make informed decisions. He applied the local product to deal with the problem, and followed tht up with more pertinent info. Before he left, i asked about how to deal with a rat tht was making itself known at times (we live on a canyon, and there's much wildlife around here.) Again, an educational forum ensued, and i now know what to do to increase the likelihood of catching the critter: rats are smart and avoid things tht are new, so are not inclined to investigate traps. so, to entice them, put out a number of traps with different foods to see what this one likes, but dont set the trap; bait it two days to determine what it will eat, then bait all the traps with that, set them, and the likelihood of a catch is greatly increased! they like fresh food, so leaving cheese out for days is useless. peanut butter stays fresh longer. at ay rate, with his info, includng where to put the traps (along the wall--they come out at nite and dont see well), i expect to be rid of this pesky rodent w/in the next few days

I have used them in the past. They are good, reliable and have a good price. They are honest and reliable. They clean up well.

THE SERVICEMAN WORKS AROUND OUR WORK HOURS AND MAKES SURE OUR DOG IS SAFE AS WELL AS HIS FOOD AND WATER BEFORE HE SPRAYS. HE IS CONSIDERATE SO THAT OUR DOG IS NOT HARMED.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PHONE WHEN I CALLED FOR INFORMATION AND TO SET UP AND APPOINTMENT FOR A SERVICE TECH TO COME OUT AND GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE. HE CHECKED OUT MY WHOLE PROPERTY, EVEN FOUND A NEST OF ANTS, TOLD ME WHAT ALL THEY USE AND HOW THEY KEEP YOUR HOME 'PEST' FREE; FIRST TIME THEY DO INSIDE AND OUTSIDE, THEN QUARTERLY JUST OUTSIDE. PROMISED I WOULD HAVE NO BUGS, AND I DON'T.

THEY WERE THERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE,AND IN THE FIRST SPRAY, THEY TOOK CARE OF MOST OF THE PROBLEM.

THEY WERE REASONABLY PRICES COMPARED TO OTHER COMPANYS, CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES, ANSWERED MANY QUESTIONS AND WERE VERY HELPFUL. SEALED A CEMENT CRACK FOR US ALSO WITH NO EXTRA CHARGE.
