The technician was very personable and did an excellent job of explaining and work.

Regular services were well performed, as always. Technician answered questions about bee behavior around our house during swarming season and baited some new holes on our back slope that might house pests other than gophers.

Although I am still out of the country, my tenants report excellent results. After the first traps were set, only one mouse was spotted. Since then => A happy, rodent-free home! I hope I don't need this service again. But, I'd definitely use Harbor Pest Control for any future pest problems.

Jeff came to do an annual check up. Nothing was needed at this time. If something is needed, an appt. is scheduled for only what needs to be done. Jeff is super thorough and pleasant to work with.

I don't have any ant issues since I have used them. John is the Tech that comes out and he is always friendly and helpful.

Michael beck educated me as to termite behavior and the science behind it, and by extension the likelihood that we'd have any 'visitors.' No charge! Excellent. Office exceptionally professional and accommodating too.

They alert me a month in advance with the date they will provide service. They come to my residence, ring the doorbell and announce their arrival. They provide the service, then alert me when it is completed. They are polite, professional and always timely.

They were very nice, they were very well informed, they even went back and check with some of their people to see if they were giving me the right advise so they went out of their way.

I have been a customer of Harbor Pest Control for decades. Pest control is monthly and termite control is annual or as needed. Harbor Pest is my go-to company and I wouldn't even think of using anybody else. Everybody I come in contact with at Harbor Pest is awesome!

A friend of ours owns Harbor Pest Control so we always use Harbor Pest Control. The condo association my dad owns uses Harbor Pest Control. We use them on 3 rental properties and they are excellent. They are very responsive and professional. Their price is fair.

It went very smoothly. Harbor Pest Control arranged for the gas service shut-off and performed most of the work while we were gone. They had our house keys and our trust. Everything was complete when we returned and there was no damage. They performed the fumigation from the evidence of occasional dead bugs on the floor. Everyone that we met were friendly and pfofessional.

Kathy was wonderful. Very sympathetic and educational. It appears that all was done efficiently. I was traumatized by the infestation but with Kathy's help learned many techniques to prevent bedbugs yet how easy they are to obtain! Her manner was very helpful.

After the rain I found subterranean termites floating on the pool. I called Harbor Pest to schedule appointment to do a termite inspection. Jeff came at the scheduled time and inspected. He found some old damage needing repair and suggested new screens on the attic vents. No termites. Jeff was very thorough, professional and very pleasant. I will call Harbor Pest Control to make an annual inspection and take care of any future infestations.

I noted to locations where I had termite infestation, and Jeremy Laverdiere of Harbor Pest Control came out and treated them. He was very professional and prompt, answered all my questions and appears to have done an excellent job treating the infestations.

Fumigated house. They had some difficulty sealing the around some outside stairs because it had been raining the night before and they were wet (they use tape to seal the tarp to the stairs) They spent extra time using towels and fans to get the stairs dry so they could get a good seal.
