Description of Work: When appliance person came the dryer was working. It had not worked for two days. He thinks there may be a short in part of the dryer. He warned me and told me what they would have to do if it happened again. No charge. this time.Showed me area where it might be shorting out. I have used them for years and would use them again and would recommend to anyone. Mostly they have worked on my freezer.

Description of Work: My two year old refrigerator's freezer was forming ice sheets and leaving water puddles in front of the refrigerator. The repair man came with the necessary parts and got the problem resolved in 30 minutes.

Description of Work: The man who answered the phone was ready to help. They could not come to service my washer because they were too busy, which makes sense, they deserve to be popular. The man told me where to find the spec sheet so I could assess whether or not to have the repair by deciphering the code on on the display panel. He also told me how to get the latch open so I could at least get the wet clothes out of the washer.After looking at the spec sheet, I figured out how to do the repair myself. If the washer continues to work, great. If not, they will be my first call.

Description of Work: Had a problem with the refrigerator. I called and they came the same day. Had to order a part but returned within 2 days and the work was done quickly. While they were at my home I had them take a look at my stove and they diagnosed the problem and fixed it too. I was very pleased with the service I received.

Description of Work: Serviced an older Kitchen Aid dishwasher

Description of Work: Freezer section of refrigerator wasn't working. Tech immediately went to work and diagnosed the problem. I could immediately see that he was correct. I had had another xervice come and they overcharged me for cleaning the compressor which had nothing to do with the problem.

Description of Work: They showed up on time; the woman I spoke with had correctly diagnosed the problem, and they were finished in 15 minutes. Their price was actually lower than the estimate, plus I got my 5 percent Angie's list discount. I would use these guys again anytime, And reccomend them to anyone who needs a major appliance repaired.
