Description of Work: Avi, the repair tech arrived promptly within the window given. After I explained my concerns about the operation of our garage door at a recently purchased home, he tested, assessed and addressed my concerns both promptly and courteously. We agreed on the job that would be performed and settled on a price. The work included a new heavier duty set balance spring, new nylon ball-bearing rollers, a new bottom weather seal, adjustment to the correct down and up travel as well as an adjustment to insure the reverse operation safety feature was working correctly tightening hinges and fully lubricating all moving parts. What especially impressed me was that Avi helped me program (with some difficulty, an exterior mounted remote that Garage Door Medics had not even supplied. I suspect they are not the least expensive game in town, but I would certainly trust them with any like work in the future. Comfort in feeling the job was done right and that I felt as though they would stand behind their work has its own value, and they provided it. Thanks Avi!

Description of Work: They offered a $39 special to come in and check the garage door, do lubrication (it was making a racket). Turned out corners had been cut when it was installed, so we added some extra bracing, bolts and hinges. Work was done quickly, things were explained well.

Description of Work: I live near the beach and had them out for an annual door tune-up. I had used Garage Medics previously for service and had the door adjusted, rollers replaced, broken hinges replaced and overall lube. I was pleased enough to have them return a year or so later. Description of Work: I got the "Garage Door Tune-up" Big Deal. John K. came to my house on time, was very professional and knowledgeable. He recommended that I should get new rollers on my door because it would be quieter and be less strain on the motor. I agreed because it was very noisy, the motor is about 12 yrs old, and also he gave me a good price. It didn't take long for him to do the work. He lubricated everything and replaced the lightbulbs that have not worked in about 10 years. My garage door works so smoothly and quietly now; I am so happy! I will definitely call them again when it needs servicing.
