Description of Work: The maintenance man came out and replaced the rollers on my garage door and inspected it. He quickly pointed out some issues I knew I had but have just learned to over look them over time. He had all the equipment and materials needed to make even unexpected fixes. Great job! They were able to make an appointment for me very fast and were very courtious. I'm very happy with this company.

Description of Work: I asked for the garage door tune-up. They did identify another issue with my garage door, and put a brace on it. I do not want the door damaged any further, so I think I should be good for now. I also bought a new remote, and a new battery for an old remote, which was my main problem. Good, prompt service.

Description of Work: I got the "Garage Door Tune-up" Big Deal. John K. came to my house on time, was very professional and knowledgeable. He recommended that I should get new rollers on my door because it would be quieter and be less strain on the motor. I agreed because it was very noisy, the motor is about 12 yrs old, and also he gave me a good price. It didn't take long for him to do the work. He lubricated everything and replaced the lightbulbs that have not worked in about 10 years. My garage door works so smoothly and quietly now; I am so happy! I will definitely call them again when it needs servicing.

Description of Work: Garage Door Medics and Leo Vasquez were terrific. Leo came out to replace my garage door opener which had finally kicked the bucket and thanks to my home warranty, I was able to get the MyQ chamberlain model which is so much quieter and has many features. Leo was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He also noted that my spring was very old and could possibly break anytime so he changed it out and actually put in a second spring at a discount. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: Put new rollers on door to reduce noise. New springs, new drums, tune up, and reinforcement strut on door. I suggested I might need a new opener but the technician assured me mine was working fine. I really appreciated the honesty as he could have agreed with me and put on a new opener that wasn't needed. Also, my technician Jeff, was telling me how wonderful the company was and the owners. Boy, don't hear that often from a worker. This was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this company!

Description of Work: They offered a $39 special to come in and check the garage door, do lubrication (it was making a racket). Turned out corners had been cut when it was installed, so we added some extra bracing, bolts and hinges. Work was done quickly, things were explained well.
