Description of Work: I originally requested for their services, but I found them unsatisfactory for missing the promised scheduled appointment with me. The owner and CEO of the company immediately contacted me after I've given them an unsatisfactory rating grade of "D" and offered me a $25.00 Fandango Movie Ticket to appease me and verbally requested that I retract my stated low rating of their company. The owner/CEO promised that he will take corrective action against his employees who made and scheduled the appointment with me. I have no other contact with them since then.

Description of Work: I had intermittent problems with the garage door, where it would either not come up or go down. I checked the batteries for the opener and all was fine. Garage Door Medics' Leonardo V. assessed my garage system, reviewed the tune up and roller replacement I had prepaid for, then provided some recommendations he had as there were issues such as the wrong type of springs had been installed 2 years ago and the end bearings and drums were in dire need of replacement. Leonardo showed me why the parts needed to be changed and explained what these parts did for the garage door system. I agreed to the recommended repair. Leonardo was fast and efficient. He showed me what he had done and how it now works...safety first! I would recommend Garage Door Medics to all of my friends!

Description of Work: My garage door probably hadn't been serviced in 14 years so it definitely needed it. I was satisfied with the proposed repairs and he did a good job executing the repairs/replacements. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Paid for initial $39 offer. Was told I needed new rollers and showed where and why. Gave me price and I agreed and rollers installed at same appointment. | |Door worked beautifully. |Next day, received email for door tuneup PLUS rollers for a lot less than I paid the day before. Called their office and within three days had a check refunding me the difference in price. | |Everyone from the office staff to installer were kind, respectful, professional and great at their jobs. | |Would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: Replaced Door Spring and installed a bar across the top of the door and replaced the rollers with upgraded rollers. The door goes up and down smoothly now without any strange sounds.

Description of Work: I was not happy with this service. The person arrived on time, and was nice enough. However after changing the light bulb in the opener, I was informed of the "problems" with my door, and offered a fix for about $900. Later, reduced by his boss if I would add a good rating on your listing. I believe my door works fine, and I just wanted the tune up in the offer....which was promised to be finished when I scheduled the rest of the work to be done. I have not done that, nor do I intend to. I may be wrong, but I feel like it was the typical opportunity for high pressure sales pitch for the more expensive job. | |By the way, my appointment was about a month ago, and I would not have written this, except for Angies list requesting my feed back. I will say that I have NOT been contacted by the company again, and this is just my opinion.

Description of Work: Replaced opener with the Liftmaster now i have the quietest one around! Very happy!
