Description of Work: In addn to inspection, lubrication, etc. tech Caleb fixed my keypad - which took some doing - and didn't charge me extra for that. He also sold me a hard to find battery for garage door remote for $5. Advised me what to look for in the future re: parts wearing out - springs, etc.

Description of Work: He came out to do a check on our noisy garage door, fixed that, showed us how to lube it ourselves, and repaired a problem on the other garage door that was going to cause it to fail before long, had it not been done. Description of Work: The technician, John, was on-time, easygoing and efficient as he evaluated the door and roller performance, checked spring tension, etc. and took care of lubrication and was finished within 15 minutes. The door is quieter than it has ever been, after a long time of being really noisy.

Description of Work: Completely reurbished my garage doors(2) springs, rollers etc. I have extremely heavy doors and it was making a tremendous amount of noise each time it was opened. They were finished in 4 hours and they left the garages exactly the way they were when they arrived. Very neat and my doors now work perfectly
