Description of Work: They evaluated the opener and suggested revisions due to the age of the opener and the fact that a prior vendor had installed the wrong spring for the door. Works perfectly now and all work was done in a day.

Description of Work: Very good experience. I knew I had issues with the garage door mechanism, so this was not just a "get in the door and start up charging!" He did a tune up, tightened the cables, replaced the springs, did a roller upgrade, replaced a worn drum and broken hinges. This is a roll-up door. I've lived here 15 years, and it was here when we bought the house. I'd recommend this company.

Description of Work: I had a Wayne Dalton system installed which failed twice in 12 years. Alex from Garage Door Medics attempted to repair the system as the lowest cost option. He was unable to do so and a different system had to be installed. They honored the price quoted which was less than their typical install cost for the new springs and Liftmaster 8500. I had two different installers, Alex and I believe Sam? Both were on time, professional, and courteous. They took the time to explain options and what they would be doing. The installation was done well and I am very happy with the experience.

Description of Work: Had them do general tune up, bought additional remote control, replaced springs & reprogrammed controls so previous owners cannot operate the garage door if they still have the missing remote control. Arrived on time, was thorough and courteous in explaining the condition of the door and alternatives to consider. Like that they'll check back with us for annual inspections in the future.

Description of Work: Our garage door stopped functioning. It would roll 1/2 way down and then go back up. We had a tune-up and spring replacement, new rollers, etc. They also taught me some features of my existing system that I wasn't aware of (locking). Very helpful. will use them again.

Description of Work: I'm writing this review long after the services were performed, so the date and cost may not be accurate. I was in an emergency situation. My roll-up garage door wouldn't open. The door was much too heavy for me to lift so I couldn't get my car out of the garage. I was trapped, it was late afternoon, and I had commitments the next day. The Garage Door Medics' technician responded immediately, arriving about 5:30 pm. He not only fixed the immediate problem, a broken spring, but also checked everything thoroughly, replacing and reconditioning anything that could break down in the future. He spent about two hours at my home, showed me everything he had done and explained why each fix was needed. I would definitely call them again if I ever have a problem!
