Description of Work: First call fixed door incorrectly. On recall told me I needed a bigger fix. They ruptured a gas line. The plumber the called to fix the line did not pull a permit. I told him he probably needed one. Gas company would not turn gas back on because there was no inspection by city inspector. No inspection because no permit. City inspector nice enough to go back to his office to pull the permit paper after hours. Upon inspection he discovered plumber had failed to do an important test. Gas company came and tested the line. City inspector finally signed off. It was now after hours for gas company worker to turn gas back on. Finally a manager from gas company came out to inspect and turn gas on. Garage door supervisor said he would contact someone to patch the dry wall that had been removed. That never happened. A nightmare from beginning to end and just because my overhead door was slipping off the track on one side.

Description of Work: Purchased a tune-up and roller replacement package from Angie's List. Sam P. provided excellent service and was originally called for a broken spring replacement. While assessing the situation before starting the work, he also recommended us to install new cables as the original contractor's cables were fraying and would give out at sometime or another. We took his advice and requested that add part of the job also. It took him no time to do all the work and the garage door runs much more smoother and quieter. Sam did an amazing job! We'd request him in the future again.
