Description of Work: Purchased the tune up deal. Well worth the service and accompanying consult. Found that my opener was on it's last leg. (The motor shaft which turns the chain was worn thin.) Better to find that out ahead of time before it broke.

Description of Work: Replaced rollers and such, but also tried to fix a problem with one of my openers. Determined a part was needed, eventually part came in and they installed it, wrong part, problem persisted. Ordered another part, then they disappeared. Eventually I threatened to go with another company, spoke to manager and then I was back on the schedule again. Couple of weeks later it was fixed.

Description of Work: We bought the tune-up and roller replacement for $79. We did our 2nd door as well $79 and added support struts and new springs to the double wide door. This added $500 and change to what we thought was going to be an inexpensive tune-up. But on the flip side we are glad we did. The dbl wide door is now in tip top shape.
