Description of Work: the door failed before they came to tune it up; so understandably there was an additional charge. the charge was steep, but afteward the tune up was cursory. I had to mention the new rollers, advertised in the coupon, and the servicer said there was no need to tighten the bolts attached to door. maybe so, but i didn't see him check them.

Description of Work: To Springs and some support but that would've been covered by my home warranty and I specifically told him that I had a home warranty and it would probably be covered by that and he said no he didn't think so and then after I paid him and had him do the work I realize that my home warranty didn't cover it so I'm very unhappy about that
