I have used Garage Door Enterprises for all of my properties and they always have delivered great service and the best pricing. They came to the site, demoed out the old door and replace it with the new one. In very little time, the old one was gone and the new one was installed! As always, they were on time, did what they told me they were going to do, and completed the job in a timely manner, and they always keep the job site clean. I would highly recommend GDE!

A representative from Garage Door Enterprises visited my unit to take measurements and troubleshoot any potential issues. Because of the low ceiling height in the garage, special accommodations had to be made to make the door fit properly. Shortly after the initial site visit, the door arrived and a team from GDE came back to install the door. Their installation was flawless, and my tenant (and I) were very pleased with the results.

The repairman came during the time window, fixed the broken garage door, and did other work to insure that the door would not break down again.

Called for service because auto lift was functioning intermittently. This had been happening periodically over the five years since it was installed by a different company. We have stainless steel panels attached to the fabricated door panels and I was worried that the motor would burn out. I asked friends for references and more than one mentioned Garage Door Enterprises. I was able to secure an appointment with them that same week. The service tech who came assured me that my motor was good for the load, but could burn out if springs were not replaced as they were inadequate for the heavy doors. He provided general maintenance and told me that the heavy springs would need to be ordered. I got a call back later that day to schedule the installation of new springs and given a quote of $300 for materials and labor. Before the springs were installed, the tech called back and informed me that upon closer inspection of load that a larger spring would be better than those on order. They installed the heavier springs later that week without any additional cost to me, although I'm sure the new springs were costlier than what they quoted. The technician and office staff were great help. I am so pleased with the service provided that it motivated me to join Angie's List to spread the word about this great company. After all, that's what Angie's List is all about!

Toby, the serviceman, who did not even know about Angie's List, was excellent in every respect. In particular, he was extremely efficient and new his job extremely well. He did the whole replacement in less than one hour. He knew his product very well, and was very professional indeed.

Mark Christopher came to the house on time. Professional and friendly. Installer did a great job. The cost of the automatic door opener was additional and expected. The problem came when we woke up Saturday morning and the garage door was open. We know it was shut when we went to bed. My fiance went into the garage and pushed the lever into place to prevent the door from opening. I didn't know this had been done. I used the remote to open the door. I thought I hadn't pushed the button enough so I pushed it a second time. The top two panels bent and the window shattered. It didn't automatically stop. Mark responded on Monday and told me that it was my mistake. It would have happened eventually because we didn't understand that the power should also have been disconnected or the emergency handle needed to be disconnected. There was no warning label on the lever. A simple label would have prevented this from happening. It was a formula to fail. The price to replace the two panels is 95.00 less than we paid them the first time. We never have found out why the door was open in the first place.

The work was perfect, on time, fair price -- and came with continuing service when I had a problem (not of their making - it was a result of our homeland security department ::)) --they were there! A terrific experience -- I would recommend Mick and his gang without hesitation.

THEIR PRICE WAS ABOUT $200-$300 LOWER THAN THE 2 OTHER COMPANIES I CONTACTED, AND I THINK THEY SELL A BETTER PRODUCT. THE TWO GUYS WHO DID THE WORK WERE FAST AND FRIENDLY.

THEY ARE VERY COMPETENT AND PROFESSIONAL. I HAVE THEM TUNE UP MY GARAGE DOOR YEARLY. THEY COME RIGHT OUT AND TAKE CARE OF ANY PROBLEMS I MIGHT HAVE DURING THE YEAR. THE MEN THAT COME OUT TO FIX MY GARAGE DOOR OR TUNE IT UP ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY COME ON TIME. THEY ARE RELIABLE.
