Excellent service. When my door failed after I got home from a long day, I called Door Medic. They had a tech out within an hour to fix the motor and do a couple other needed items. Very prompt, professional. I really appreciate good customer service and Door Medics were great.

They respond quickly, arrive on time, and go to extraordinary lengths to provide the client with complete information on the repair options and costs so the most appropriate choices can be made. Everything about their service is of the highest caliber. They follow up immediately on any parts that need to be ordered and keep the client informed about the expected timeline. They are very generous in providing extra services without cost and not pressuring the client in any way. In addition to being courteous and professional, they are truly nice people. When they arrive to complete the work, everything is done neatly and expeditiously. After finishing, they take care to clean up everything and make sure the client is knowledgeable about all of the features of the door. This is service at its best. The whole team works smoothly together to ensure the process is streamlined and customer-friendly. This is the best experience we have had with any service in San Diego and we would recommend the company in the highest terms to others.

The tech called and offered to come a day early since he was in the neighborhood. That worked out great with my schedule and I appreciated the initiative he took. He explained everything he recommended in detail.

Watch out for this company! Everything seemed to go smooth with the maintenance and service. However, payment is a nightmare. There was some problem on their end with cashing the check that was written. Their maintenance person looked at the check and accepted it. Now 3 months later, there is a problem and they want me to write them an additional check. I had a solution, but the lady from the company hung up on me. Then when I called back, the manager, Justin also hung up on me. Very rude, that is not professional at all. I would say that if you want to use this company, be very careful with the payment. They are very immature with hanging up and not trying to find solutions with their customers. I am surprised that more people have not run into this. Be very careful with this company.

Called today, this morning, and by noon, I had my garage door tuned up and ready to go ! Great response time for GDMs and a very good job by John K. changing out my rollers and lubing all the moving parts. Got some good tips on how to maintain my opener and door for years to come. Very satisfied with the service. There was some effort to up sell, but no pressure at all. Overall, a great experience at a very reasonable price.

Door on main garage was reversing itself when closing. Joel and Sam arrived and quickly found the problem which was sensors were out of sync. They relined the sensors, lub the doors, added a part to keep the small door from possibly separating. I didn't have an remote for small door so they gave me one to operate both doors. Later I found that the remote didn't work from the outside of small door. I called Sam, he said he would get back to me and within minutest Sam called back and said I would get a refund for the remote, $52.00 I think. He also said I could keep the remote which was a surprise. Both Sam and Joel were very nice and pleasant to deal with and they had a sense of humor. I would recommend them to anyone for their garage door needs.

Everything went great. I knew I wanted to replace our garage door with loud chain drive with something much quieter like we were accustomed to in our previous home. I used Angie's list to find a reputable service to provide a tune-up and recommendation for spring replacement, motor options, etc. Alex understood what I was describing about our previous home's garage door experience, and made expert recommendations on what to replace to replicate that at our new home. The new system exceeds expectations; it is whisper quiet and we love it.

I did a review right after the service, but apparently you never received it. The person who came out was outstanding. I wish I could remember his name, because I mentioned him in my original review. He explained everything he was doing and showed me all the places he was lubricating so that I would be able to some of it myself if necessary. I liked the fact that he didn't try to sell me anything extra or tell me I needed something done. He did say that my spring was getting rusty, but that it didn't need replaced right away and he quoted me a price. My garage door was definitely a lot quieter. I will definitely use Garage Door Medics again. They were prompt, friendly, and efficient.

Garage Door Medics were great. They were on time. We explained what we wanted done. They asked enough questions to make sure they understood and offered alternate options - pointing out that in addition to the "Big Deal" we also needed a spring replacement. We settled on the details of the work and the price before they started. they complete the work on schedule, cleaned up after themselves and were complete professionals during the entire experience.

Purchased the $39 garage door tune up but my garage doors needed new springs and some other parts. Believe I got a good value for the work that was done and my garage doors function like they were new again. The technician was very professional and walked me through his recommendations for repairing my doors and explained why each part should be replaced. I chose to go on the high end of his recommendations so I wouldn't have to worry about the doors for many years.

Avi showed up during the specified time frame, examined my non-working garage door, provided a detailed proposal of what he would need to do to get it working and explained each item to me. Once I signed off on the quote, he went straight to work, and finished in a very reasonable amount of time. He gave me his card and told me to call if I had any issues. I am so happy to have a working garage door again - I was able to park my clean car in the garage during the rain yesterday = very happy customer!

Best service technician we've ever had the privilege to work with. Sam Pastella III was our man! Sam went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we received the best outstanding service. We couldn't have asked for anything else. While Sam had difficult conditions to work in while installing our new garage door opener in our low overhead small extremely old garage, he did a fantastic job. On time, professional, clean and polite. Thanks for the extraordinary work Sam. We will call for you personally if we ever need anything in the future.

Excellent service. Received a call Sunday morning to move up a Monday appointment booked Saturday night (spring broke Saturday evening). No additional charge for labor on the weekend. The technician was professional, efficient, and had the springs on his truck. He took the time to make sure it was adjusted properly and running smoothly before he left. I would use this service again.

Everything went very well. Leonardo showed up on time and went right to work. He made suggestions on how to further repair my garage door to work like new. I am extremely happy with the finished product.
