Description of Work: Put in new coils and adjusted the garage plus lube job. They came back because the garage was hanging up. The technician showed me that the paint was adhering to a insulation strip and said if I removed the pain with acetone I should solve the problem.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's List Tune-up for $49.00. The door opener was making a squeaking noise, and I knew it had been 6 mos or more since the door/opener had been serviced/tuned-up. The technician said that it was the bushings and I would need a new door opener, but since I had paid for the tune-up, he would go ahead and perform the tune-up. After he lubricated the screw drive, there has been no more noisy operation. He also told me that my 2nd garage door opener needed the tracks adjusted. So, I went ahead and had him adjust the tracks, which cost me an additional $90.00. I had seen the same offer for a discounted tune-up on Sign-in-San Diego for $39.00 but didn't purchase it in time. It has since been offered again for $39.00.

Description of Work: Very professional, timely and honest. Did not try to sell me something I didn't need. I thought the rollers needed to be replaced because they were squeaky and he showed me that they were fine. He checked the door mechanisms, the opener and installed a keypad. Told me what lubricant to buy to keep the door working well. Definitely will call him back in the future when I need assistance with the door or opener.

Description of Work: My 20-year-old garage door stopped working. I called the company I have used in the past, but they didn't call me back, so I went on Angies List and found these guys. Their office called me right back and was even willing to send a technician that afternoon. I wasnt available, so we set up a time for them to come out the next day. The technician called before coming and came within the time period promised. Unfortunately, my garage door needed a lot of TLC (new bearings, rollers, an electrical part, etc), so the repair ended up costing a lot more than I was hoping, but it definitely works now and is so much quieter than it had been. The technician also took the time to show me how, where and when to lubricate the system so that it will last longer.

Description of Work: Did not use this company. Their Toll free number did not work and there was no other way to contact them. I tried on several occasions and it always stated it was no longer a working number. I used a local door service called Best Door Systems and they were excellent. If your interested; 760-726-7828, Ask for Kevin. PS: Kevin came out the very next day after I called for service. This guy installed my grage door 11 years ago and I did not have a problem for that long of a time. This was a complete Tune up and adjustment. JSR
