Description of Work: Purchased 7 ceiling fans with light kits and remotes. The sales associates were very thorough and helpful. The prices were competitive and they always kept us updated on orders and deliveries.

Description of Work: I bought repair parts from them for my non-working bedroom fan which they knew were bad and followed their instructions to have John from Padre Electric install them which he did in a timely manner. I had originally bought the fan from Fan Diego seven years prior and when i gave them the fan number they knew exactly which parts it needed. The fan works even better than before.

Description of Work: We brought Lin our fan to have them repair it. They diagnosed the problem right. There on the he counter and sold us a $10 replacement capacitor, which we replaced later. It works great now. They could've kept the fan and charged us the full $75 to do the repair, but elected to save us the time and money. Very cool to have honest, and professional services!

Description of Work: We moved from a year-round mild climate to a place with hot summers. We thought ceiling fans might help cut down on the air conditioning cost. We were a little overwhelmed when we went into the store but the person who helped us listened and then was able to make recommendations on which fans to buy. We are really happy with the fans, 6 all together - with the way the look and work. They also answered all our questions without making us feel like idiots. We had a great experience with this vendor.

Description of Work: I came into the store to purchase a part for a discontinued fan. I drove 40 minutes to the store and at opening time it was busy. I gladly waited my turn and I was appointed the manager to assist me with a parts order. He said he would have to look around in back to see if it is available or not and give me a call" Isn;t that what computers are for??. Yes, it was busy, but he should have taken the time to see if he had the part. I had asked him two questions whild he was standing right in front of me and he did not even respond. Perhaps he is very hard of hearing or was just plain rude. I was very disapointed, especially since this was the manager of the store and should treat everyone respectfully. I will not go back there again. I found my part online and for a cheaper price and they were very courteous.

THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY DIDN'T GET ANNOYED WHEN WE TOOK ALL OUR TIME LOOKING AT SEVERAL DIFFERENT POSSIBILITIES. WE LIKED MANY DIFFERENT ONES BUT, WITH THE HELP OF THE SALES ASSOCIATE, WE GOT THE PERFECT FAN FOR OUR HOME.

THE TECHNICIAN COULD NOT FIND PROBLEM, SO HAD TO TAKE THE FAN DOWN AND SEND TO CASABLANCA TO SEND BACK A NEW FAN. ONCE NEW FAN MOTOR CAME IN, THE FAN WAS REINSTALLED. THE TECHNICIAN WAS PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL.

WE HAVE USED THEM TO REPAIR SEVERAL FANS AND ARE GENERALLY SATISFIED. SOMETIMES THEIR TIME ESTIMATES ARE NOT MET. WE HAVE ORDERED NEW FANS FROM THEM ALSO, AND HERE, THE TIMELINE WAS REALLY A PROBLEM.
