Description of Work: Called this service provider for my rental property. The tenant stated the pilot light went out. They were able to visit the property within a day, and identified it was just the ignitor that needed to be replaced. Price paid included service and replacement part. Would definitely use them again for both my primary residence and rental property.

Description of Work: our stovetop ingnitor went out, Express Appliance came out to check it out, he told us all five burners were connected to the ignitor and needed to be replaced, charge only for service call. Rep was very professional. Would use this company again

Description of Work: Reset refrigerator door so that air didn't get into refrigerator which was making ice form. The door wasn't closing properly and now it does.

Description of Work: Power to microwave went out along with power to oven. Reset breaker and oven came on, but not microwave. Technician said microwave fuse no good but he couldn't say why it blew in the first place. Replaced fuse. When I next used the microwave the turntable wasn't functional. Owner of company said technician told him he noticed turntable wasn't working when he was here but assumed I already knew and was okay with it. Why he wouldn't mention something was broken on an appliance I was paying him to fix is beyond me. Owner said he would order new motor for turntable and install it for more $$. I don't trust that technician didn't break turntable motor when he had the microwave taken apart to fix it, and because he never found a reason for the fuse to have blown in the first place, I told him to forget about it. Rather than throw good money after bad at that point, I purchased a new microwave.

Description of Work: I had two refrigerators that needed servicing. On the one, the freezer heating coil had to be replaced and on the other, the handle that dispenses the ice and water needed to be replaced.

Description of Work: Cesar installed a new evaporator for our Subzero. Typically, this would cost around $2400, as far as I know. He's clean, courteous, efficient with time and, above all, knowledgeable.

Description of Work: Our washing machine died in the middle of a cycle. We called EAS based on their Yelp reviews. They made arrangements to come the next day. They arrived on time. Tad was polite and courteous. After 2 hours Cezar arrived. They continued to take apart/test the machine. They were very thorough. After a total of 4 hours they had their diagnoses. Unfortunately the cost to repair it was more then we were willing to spend on a 10 year old machine. We decided it was time to just purchase a new one.
