I have owned my home for almost 50 years and had many updates and remodeling projects. Dreamstyle Remodeling was the best contractor with whom I have worked. I had a large picture window and transom installed in my home. My home is 2 stories and I wanted to make sure that the construction was done correctly. At each step of the inspection process, I was reassured that the job was being done correctly. The installers, Tommy and Eddy, were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They finished the job in a week and the work was excellent. They definitely take pride in their work. I changed some of the details along the way and they were very cooperative in helping me with the final product that I would enjoy. I highly recommend this company, and especially Tommy and Eddy, the technicians who installed my windows.

The service was great. The project manager, Damien and the two workman who installed the door, Alex and Eddy, They were all friendly and very professional. The quality of the work and the product was great. The door looks beautiful and it comes with a lifetime warranty.

This rating is for Chris Carlson! Chris Carlson came by our home today to finish up a few items. Chris is extremely professional, polite, knowledgeable & a perfectionist to finish our doors right! He called 30 minutes before he arrived to let us know the time he would be at our home and started to work right away. My husband & I were very impressed with Chris & his work ethic. Would hire again if we could use Chris Carlson!

This company delivered outstanding service, from start to finish. I decided to have my entire house remodeled with new windows, so you can imagine my frustration when I received a call that the installation was going to be pushed back. Kate from the office didn't let this minor hiccup stop her though, she found a way for our windows to be delivered and installed as originally planned. I was so appreciative, I didn't think things could get better. If you have ever remodeled you know what a headache it can be and how timelines are constantly being changed. I had no idea what to expect from this company so I crossed my fingers and anxiously awaited the given date. To my surprise the night before the installation I received a phone call asking if the crew (Isaiah Orange, Rodrigo Gaerlan, Reece Gaerlan, Alberto Gaerlan, and Joshua Gutierrez) could start earlier than originally scheduled because they wanted to make sure they were able to get the job done in one day, so I could enjoy my new windows. Not only did they arrive promptly and respect my property, but they were so attentive and precise. After the installation they took the time to review the hardware and function of the new windows. They even cleaned everything up! I was able to enjoy my purchase in its entirety because they were such a caring and responsible group of guys. I appreciate Dreamstyle Remodeling of San Diego, and the level of service their entire team provided. It was definitely evident that they aren't satisfied until their customer is satisfied, which I truly appreciate because that level of service is hard to come by these days.

Amazing job done by Dreamstyle Remodeling of San Diego! Damian was our phenomenal project manager. He came out for the official measure, after Dana sat down with the family to go over everything initially. Dana was very knowledgeable of not only her company and product, but of the other products on the market; and explained the differences and how the cheaper option isn't quite what we were looking for. Damian was an excellent project manager who was very thorough, friendly, and professional. He made sure all the windows and door were properly measured for the right fit. Damian was present throughout the install days, making sure everything was moving along smoothly and being done properly. Isiah and Victor installed our windows and door and did awesome work. They even found a crack in one of the frames before it was installed so there were no issues down the road. Damian was notified immediately and took care of the issue, having a new frame ordered right away. Damian answered any questions from the family and had any small problems dealt with right away. He was very accommodating with any requests we had and thorough with his inspections during the installs. Mike was great with the stucco repair and patchwork, making sure the small construction done looked normal and like the rest of the house. Ron did great work on the interior with the drywall and patching the construction from the inside. Cleanliness from all members was great, like they were never there. Overall great experience with Dreamstyle Remodeling of San Diego! Would definitely recommend! Now we get to enjoy the energy efficient and much more cosmetically appealing and functioning windows and door in our home.

This was a big job and took some time. Like any big job there were a few stumbles but Dream Style and Anderson has great customer service and are there to make it right. So far so good. Special shout out to Javier a service technician who delivered a new window (that was scratched during manufacturing and was replaced with no problems) and helped trouble shoot the entire job. They have good full time crews dedicated to the job and they are very professional.

Several years ago, we thought about replacement windows and researched all the leading “names” (i.e., Andersen, Marvin, Pella, etc.) and sat through lengthy in-home presentations by two, Andersen and Marvin. Interestingly, the prices given (i.e., retail, 30 day, and “today only” prices were practically identical). However, we put the project on hold when we contemplated downsizing instead. Ultimately, we decided to stay put and invest in some remodeling projects. The first project we decided to tackle was replacing the windows. After reading some online reviews we decided to go with Andersen over Marvin. As luck would have it, we received a promotion flyer with some attractive incentives so I called for another “consultation”. Dana Doerr, Design Consultant, was on time for her appointment to give us a new estimate. Up front, I asked for an abbreviate presentation as we had seen the movie twice before; thankfully, she respected that request. She was very knowledgeable not only about her product but useful details on home construction. I was impressed that she did a thorough exterior inspection in addition to the detailed inspection and measuring of the interior. At conclusion, she advised that Billy Rebelez, Project Manager, would be doing a second reaffirmation measurement before the order is placed and that the 2-3-day installation process could be expected in 4-5 weeks once placed. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call a week later to schedule the installation in 3 weeks, the day after Christmas. The installation team (Rod, Alberto aka Bobby, Reese, Josh & Isaiah) arrived exactly at 8:15am and had all 15 windows installed on the first day. The second day was reserved for additional caulking, sealing, and additional detail work. I was impressed not only how efficient they were as a team but how courteous and professional they were. Not only did they wear protective “booties” when working inside, but placed runners in the high traffic areas and covered furniture and other areas in plastic. Afterwards, they vacuumed all the work areas and moved all the furniture back. There was one problem; due to the depth of the frame and casing, window treatments in a couple of the windows could not be reinstalled. They called Billy Rebelez, who came on site the second day, and gave guidance on how to address the problem in a few minutes. Because we have a second story some work had to be done outside which resulted in some ceramic tiles being damaged. Billy saw to it that new tiles were matched and purchased, and installed by Isaiah a couple of days later. Installation was completed in 2 days, rather than the expected 3. I give high kudos to Billy and the entire installation team for doing a great job and taking care of minor issues quickly. It should be noted I received several unsolicited positive comments: one from my neighbor who saw the team working and one from the Project Manager on our remodel project when inspecting the exterior sealing. A week after installation Dana Doerr called for satisfaction follow-up. She came out the next day to do some pictures and do a quick inspection. She noticed that one of the locking mechanisms was a little “tight” and in need of an adjustment. The following day I received a call from “Kate” who scheduled Chris Carlson to come out; Chris came out the next day and made the necessary adjustment and lubrication in 10 minutes. In sum, we are very satisfied customers, based not only with the quality of the product but with our experience with the individuals noted. They provided a truly customer-focused experience.

Rikky came out and tested the windows, and a few months later Rikky and Javier returned with new windows which they installed. A few days later someone came to apply stain to the outside of the windows. The communication throughout this process was great and the installation went very smoothly and on time. This was a free service to me. I would recommend this company for replacing your windows, they look beautiful and have helped with our energy bill quite a bit.

Tyson H and Mike were great installers. The windows they replaced were original to the house (1950) and they were able to take them out with out any damage to tile in the bathroom or walls. The workmanship was excellent and they fit perfectly!! They cleaned up and it did not look like any work had been performed after they left. The windows are pricey but we wanted the windows to look good and to work with a company that stands by their product. Thanks to Renewal for excellent windows and sending experienced window installers!

Wow!! I just had a wonderful encounter with Javier. He came out to the house to fix a minor issue on one of my windows and then proceeded to ensure that I knew how to do the maintenance on them. He continued to double check that all of my windows were working and that I was aware of the details ie: locks, stops and tricks to open bigger windows. Thank you for going above and beyond Javier!! I appreciate the outstanding customer service....

Installation crew was great and product quality is great. My only complaint is that we were told by the sales rep that the office staff would be in constant communication with us during the process to keep us informed of the project progress. This did not happen. I had to contact them for the information. However, staff is very friendly and helpful once contacted. Overall, I am pleased with the project.

Very well, Eddy M. and Izzy did a terrific job. Professional, cleaned up as they went along, answered all questions & showed me how to properly use locks, etc. Very happy. The new window has helped with decreasing outside noise, less heat too.

I am very pleased with the door, both the appearance and functionality. The installers Phill M. and Andy D were on time, friendly, explained everything they were going to do. They completed a very professional installation in a relatively short amount of time. The door was somewhat different than I was led to believe by my salesperson and therefore the install was easier than I was led to believe. I was led to believe the price, which was really high, was somewhat tied to all the work required with the install. Moldings, wall and stucco repair, etc. None of that was required since the new doors were measured to fit perfectly inside the old frame.

The day they were installed, I loved the three replacement patio doors I purchased from Renewal by Andersen of San Diego. Now, six years later, I still love them. They look beautiful and work well. This is a review of the installation of newly designed door lock components, which was performed free of charge by Renewal. Service Technician Rikky Moreno arrived on time, was professional, and completed the installation efficiently. He explained everything he did. Based on my experience, quality materials and skillful work are as important to Renewal by Andersen of San Diego as they are to me.

The service technician, Rikky Moreno, was great. In fact, all of the four Anderson service technicians with whom I have dealt were great. The Renewal by Anderson dispatcher, whom I dealt with by phone and never met in person, was not so great. It required three phone calls to get a return call. On the other hand, when she finally returned my call, she acted quickly and had a service technician (Rikky) at my house early the following day.

Andersen sent Service Technician Rikki Moreno, and he was great! Punctual, polite, professional and thorough. He took care of the problem quickly but without rushing, After he was done, he even asked if there was anything else he could do on our windows/doors before he left and gave us his direct number should we need any other service. A very positive experience!

Great product. There was initial confusion about window handles but they came back later to add at no extra charge. Service Tech Javier Luevanos was prompt and professional, and provided many extras. He reviewed how the windows work and gave extra tips on lubricating and cleaning, leaving extra products for those purposes. He even left a wooden back scratcher so I can reach the top sash to lower, which would otherwise require a step-stool. Super service!

Angel was send out by Renewal Anderson to do the finishing touches and stain the wood on a sliding door that was installed by another crew. Angel was very accommodating to my needs and suggested several options on how to make my sliding door look sharp and presentable. Renewal Anderson really care for their customers need and Angel is an example GOOD JOB.

I would recommend this company and crew to everyone. Our design consultant, Ryan, was thorough in explaining his companies windows, answering questions, without being "pushy". Future contact throughout the process continued to be more than satisfactory. Our installers, Zibi and Danny, arrived as scheduled and proceeded to get to work. I have rarely experienced such care for my home and furnishings as this crew showed. Everything near the project was covered, carpeting to furniture. Our six windows were removed and the replacements installed with such professionalism rarely seen. My home was left as clean, or cleaner, than when they started! Zibi, the supervisor, is quite a perfectionist, and made sure everything was working correctly, that we had no questions, and all was satisfactory before leaving. We are extremely happy!!

I made a contract with Renewal Anderson to install 3 windows and a sliding door on my house. Luis,Fernando,Mario and Geraldo came and introduce themselves as window installers from Renewal Anderson. We reviewed the contract and what they would be doing. These guys came promptly @ 0900 am, and started working and working and working, took a 45 min lunch break and came back again continued to work until the job was complete. I never saw 4 guys working together and don't say much to each other about other stuff except about the job they are working on. I like that because there is no BS except to get the job done properly. These guys are truly dedicated to their job and profession which would make Renewal Anderson proud to have them in their team. I would request for them again if ever I would have another project in the future. Good Job!!

The service technician was Rikky Moreno and he did an excellent, thorough job. He was very courteous and punctual. He called ahead of time and asked if he could come earlier which actually worked out much better for me. All the way around-great job. Thank you.

We are so pleased with our windows. They are incredibly well made and durable, and what an amazing improvement to our home! We had great communication with and service from the team, including Billy, who supervised the job, Ryan and Elliot, who did the installation and the brunt of the work, and Fernando, who did the stucco/paint repair. This team removed our existing window coverings, rebuilt the window frames, installed the windows, added trim inside and out, and patched and painted to make it look like they had never been there. And, they did a great job cleaning up, too!

My husband and I live in an area with a very nice view, and two of the windows in the front of our home had developed a gas leak and needed to be replaced. We consulted with several different companies and agreed, Renewal by Anderson was absolutely the way we wanted to go. A very knowledgeable representative came to our home, discussed with us in great detail all of our options and provided us with several different operational window samples. We were able to make our choices with great confidence. The whole process went quite smoothly the installation took place today. Tommy and Dave were our installers these guys were extremely efficient, very careful in our home and took great care to lay traffic and work area drop cloths down. They moved items to gain access to the windows and really did an outstanding job. I would recommend this company to everyone I know not only am I satisfied but I know that the windows I have in my home are warranted and that warranty is transferable with my home. Couldn’t be happier.
