Our installer Arturo Martinez was great to work with, very professional and an amazing craftsman. Exceptional customer service. His manager Mike, was also very professional and helped us resolve a shower pan we picked incorrectly. We replaced an old tub/shower combo. Our new shower looks beautiful and we are very happy with the project.

We have a brand new beautiful full shower and bath/shower installed this week by Dreamstyle Remodeling. Good installers are so hard to find but we were privileged to have 2 great ones in Javier and Rogelio. They were so professional, polite and considerate towards us all while working hard with obvious pride in what they do. They did such a fantastic job of installing our new bathrooms. Everything turned out better than we expected. Andrew who came out to our home initially to help us pick out the best products for our remodel was also very professional and competent. He really worked for us and not just for the sale. We really appreciate that the entire process was so pleasant, and we will recommend Dreamstyle to all our friends.

Gonzalo Sr. and Gonzalo Jr. were very professional. They are very capable and experienced. They took ownership of their work and made sure that everything was according to our specifications. They were clean and respectful of our home. They did excellent work. We are hoping that we never have to call on Dreamstyle’s lifetime warranty’s promise. Our project manager, Mahssa, was also responsive to our query regarding an issue with a shelf and it was addressed without incident and additional cost. Although, the total cost of the project seemed to be more than average, you will get Dreamstyle’s lifetime warranty. One caveat is that there is a little bubble in the glass that I just noticed yesterday and I took a time stamped photo which I sent to our project manager. Overall, we are happy with our new bathroom.

The staff was friendly and professional. Tge sales staff got me psyched for the project and the technicians were competent and flexible when I had some last minute changes to my shower remodel. My shower installer, Isreal, was especially helpful in addressing my concerns as both my showers were being replaced. Beautiful work, beautiful product! No wonder they provide a lifetime warranty!

We first met with Mike Hauser (Design Consultant). He showed us samples of high quality materials that Dreamstyle uses and the lifetime guarantee Dreamstyle stands by. Mike listened to our concerns and was professional throughout the entire process. We then met with Mahssa Sabouhi, Project Manager. Mahssa verified the design and gave us a possible timeline from demolition to reconstruction (which turned out to be totally accurate). Her confidence and commitment to the quality that Dreamstyle adheres to, was evident in the conversations we had. If you are presently (or in the near future) looking to work with Dreamstyle, ask for Mahssa! We then worked with William Berry (Certified Renovator). We truly appreciated William's attention to detail. He laid down tarps so our wood floors would not be damaged and cleaned the entire work area. William's dedication to Dreamstyle and the standards that Dreamstyle maintains, was impressive, as was the work he did on our shower.

We interviewed four different window companies. We found Dreamstyle the most upfront and honest and reasonably priced. The Salesman, Measurer and installing Team were very courteous and professional. The timing estimate for getting the windows and starting the installation were accurate. The installation team lead by Marco and assisted by Juan, Alejandro and Ronald were excellent. They were focused on attention to detail, did an exceptional job and thoroughly cleaned after themselves each working day. Before they left we did a walk through and they ensured we were happy with the installation. We are very satisfied with the product and the service and would strongly recommend this company.

Tim H. Lead installer and Eddie K. his partner did excellent shower installs in 2 of our bathrooms and now we have low entry showers that are stylish and versatile ensuring a safe and calming bathing experience for our aging parents. They were conscientious and meticulous in cleaning up each day and protecting our home from any damage, our home was cleaner when they finished than when they arrived. Tim H., Lead Installer and Mahssa S. the Project Manager were great communicators and made sure we were all on the same page throughout the entire remodeling process.

I recently had an issue with one of my my windows and needed a replacement. I called Dream Style, spoke with Chelsea Staggs and everything was simply seamless from the initial phone call to scheduling of the service appointment and completion of window replacement. The Dream Style Service Technician Javier Luevanos set a positive tone from start to finish on the day of my service appointment. They are true professionals in every respect and their customer service and attention to detail are deserving of special recognition! My wife and I were engaged with Javier from the moment he arrived! He went above and beyond in every facet of the window replacement and far exceeded our highest expectations! To put it very simply I can't recall ever having a better customer service experience! The Yelp rating system of 5 Stars does not even begin to recognize people of Javier and Chelsea’s caliber! I personally would give them at least 6 Stars and better yet, 10 out of 10 if it were possible! If I were Dream Style Management I would ensure that they each get the special recognition they so richly deserve! Chelsea and Javier, on a personal note, my wife and I would like to thank you for simply being the Best! Chelsea and Javier are like family, and it was an absolute pleasure to have Javier in our home. If you are considering having your windows replaced I would highly recommend that you do your homework/research and check out more than one window provider. I recently had my windows and doors replaced by Dream Style Remodeling, and everything was simply seamless from the initial estimate to completion of the project. A few days after the project was completed my family noticed a few small issues with a couple window screens and both doors that were installed. I called Dream Style Customer Service to arrange for a Service Call, and once again everything was seamless from start to finish. My experience with Paloma Zaizar and Chelsea was simply awesome, from the initial phone contact to scheduling of the service appointment. They are true professionals in every respect and their customer service and attention to detail are deserving of special recognition! I had a shower fully replaced. An inspector came by to check out the place, and went through what I needed and options they had. Then after the parts were ordered two workers, Chris and William, were scheduled to handle the job. It took about 4 days to complete, and each day they arrived promptly in the morning around 8am and worked long hours, occasionally to 7 or 8pm. They took plenty of precautions and kept me informed of their progress. They were very easy to work with.

The Project turned out much better than expected. The window shelf & trim look excellent. Miguel Enciso & Arturo Martinez did a great job. They had passion for their work. They where meticulous, accommodating, got along well together, worked as team. There was no cell phone use, worked quickly, on time & worked late when needed. They had good work ethics & completed the job within the time frame. Safety equipment was used when needed. Protective material was used & there was no property damage. Phone communication with office & installers was good.

Working with Dreamstyle home was extremely easy, from the quote all the way to the installation. Mike P. was super informative with providing samples and suggestions for our new door without being pushy. He answered all of our questions and made sure the process went smoothly. Ed R. and Eddie M. did a fantastic job replacing the door and making sure everything was in excellent condition, including touching up paint and even offering to hang our welcome sign and move the furniture back on our front porch. Everyone went above and beyond through the whole process, highly recommend!

Outstanding work from inception to installation. Well communicated and schedule as promise. The installation by Marco, Fabian, Pedro and Mike was executed on time and they were extra careful with our home and protect withe plastic and covers to protect furniture and wooden floors. I got my new Dreamstyle shower installed on 08/25/22-08/26/22 and it is outstanding I love it. The two gentleman who installed it for me were Wesley C. and Rob B. both of them were very professional, hard working, and knowledgeable. It's exactly what I had order and has exceeded my expectations. They are a great company and I highly recommend them.

DreamStyle replaced all the windows on the back side of our house, as well as a sliding door, and our front door. The sales rep, Scott, was friendly and helpful and didn't pressure us into any extra options that we weren't interested in. He seemed to do his best to give us the best value possible. Financing was quick and easy. The installation process was fast and worry-free. Our installers, Marco and Dean, were professional and friendly. They showed up on time, didn't waste time, and finished the job earlier than they'd promised. One installation required stucco work, and Eric did a great job. The team cleaned up when they were done and left everything looking great. The rooms with the new windows are so much cooler than they were before! The only problem we had was that the front door shipped with a missing door handle and latch assembly. DreamStyle dealt with that really well. The technician, Javier Luevanos, showed up multiple times and worked through a series of challenges, at no expense to us, until the job was done to our complete satisfaction. When it's time to replace other windows in our house, we will definitely be looking to work with DreamStyle Remodeling again.

Amazingly well. We would have them again in a heartbeat. Miguel and Arturo Enciso were very professional. We enjoyed having them in our home. They did a wonderful job and I love my shower.
