Great, Luis and Fernando were professional and courteous. They completed job in one day, I was expecting three. Also Jose, the leadman came a day early to survey job to make sure everything was in order and that the job would go well! The installers helped me reinstall blinds and valance which not their responsibility, I really appreciated the help!

This week all my windows were replaced by Renewal by Andersen. I am extremely satisfied with the work and all the people that have come into my house to sell, measure and install my windows. Special thanks goes out to Michael Johnson, a very professional sales person and Jason Luong who came to measure my window and did an accurate job because, when the windows were install there was no complications. The installers, Isaias, Saul, Luis and Fernando, were friendly, extremely competent, and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend this crew to anyone who has them install their windows. I am more than satisfied with the workmanship and the windows. I feel like I am in a new house. All the drafts are gone and it is so quiet. Thank you for doing such a professional job.

They came on the time and date agreed. They set right to work and finished the job to my liking. I would recommend Carlos, Dan, and Carlos Jr. for a job well done. They were personable, direct, and knowledgeable. The price was a bit high but probably worth it.

The installers, Carlos and Carlos Jr., arrived early. They looked over the work area inside - there were a few items my husband and I (we are 69 and 83) that we had not been able to remove. The first being the blinds. "NO PROBLEM," said Carlos, "not only will we take them down, but we'll reinstall them for you when we're done." The second item, was our king headboard. "THAT'S EASY," said Carlos, "We can handle that no problem. We'll put them back." Two more pleasant and polite guys you will never find. We have never seen anything quite like the seamless install this wonderful father/son team did. Except for a ten minute break for water, they did not stop until the job was finished. More than finished, actually. When we walked back into our bedroom to see the finished product we saw our beautiful new windows, blinds re-installed, draperies re-hung, headboard replaced, and the bedside chests of drawers slid back in place. NOTHING TO CLEAN UP, inside or out. From purchase (no pressure) though installation the whole process was seamless. The windows are beautiful, everything we expected and more. We will be purchasing additional windows from Anderson for our front room within the next few months, and we are planning on requesting Team Carlos to do our install.

The installers, Cristian and Fernando, were methodical and professional in everything they did. They took their time to make sure that the windows were installed "as if it were for their own home." They were personable and explained everything they did. They involved us in any decisions that needed to be made. The new wall they built was well done. It was a pleasure to have them in our home. One of the tasks that Cristian and Fernando performed was to remove one of our 4 sliding doors and build a wall about 3 feet up from the floor. They then installed a plate glass window above. They checked with us about the trim. The whole wall and windows are exactly what we wanted. The plasterers did a fantastic job on the wall inside and out. The paint matched the surrounding color very well. All the workers were careful to insure that the dust was kept to a minimum and cleaned up after each installation. We can't stop looking at our new windows. We have received many compliments on our new windows and doors. The windows and doors look amazing. The installers Pablo and Victor were very professional and did a wonderful job. I would definitely use them again.

The quality of their service has been surpassed but they are expensive and they are good in communication. They were few errors but it was based mainly on the complex in putting in that kind of product which I told them they need to fix that and it was just a little difficult but other than that, they are very good and responsive and I really like them. The doors are gorgeous but you still get better quality on the payment. Make it less complex to order products. The quality is just incredible.

Overall, very good. They started with an approximate date for product completion. I was called with an exact date to install and how long it would take. They finished the job on time. They were thorough and paid attention to every detail. There were no surprises for me in the whole project. The high quality of the product was matched by the install team of Pablo and Victor.

We met with the Sales Staff Jason Luong and Jenny about 6 weeks ago. They were so down to earth, friendly, professional and informative, no pressure. Renewal by Anderson had a sale offer at the time. We decided to replace our windows in stages. We had 7 done at this time. They told me it would be about 8 weeks before install would happen. We said sounds good as long as it gets done by July before it gets too hot. Well here it is July 6th and the windows are in. Isaias and Luis did the removal of the old windows and install of the new windows. They arrived at 8:00 am and were done by 2:45pm removal, install and clean up. When I arrived I introduced myself and they were friendly and professional. I had a couple of questions and they answered them accordingly. Isaias and Luis did an excellent job. Windows fit perfect, no stucco damage, clean up was very good. In fact they noticed that the way one of the bathroom windows was set to open would violate privacy if someone was taking a shower so they changed the way it opened. Talk about attention to detail ! Going into this I thought it would cost $15.00.00 to $20.000. At the time they had a sale happening. So if you see a sale happening at Renewal by Anderson and your considering replacing your windows I highly recommend you Go for It ! We will replace our sliding glass doors in the future and Renewal by Anderson will be the ones doing it.

The installation was very well done and professionally installed. From the removal to the finish work on the new door. Great job by Renewal by Andersen and Isaiah and Luis for explaining every step and taking extra care to ensure my wood floors inside my house were not damaged. Outstanding job and my wife and I really love our new door.

They completed the work as much as they could in a day. Will come back to finish. Very professional, the installer named christian was very courteous and did a great job. I have no complaints.

Excellent workmanship and installers - Pablo and Victor were exceptional. Have requested that they be our installers on the windows that are to be installed on January 15th.

I have had an excellent experience with everyone I have dealt with at this company. From the sales guy (Paul) to the measurement guy to the warehouse manager (Jose) and most impressively, the installation team of Dan And Robby. These guys were great. I can't say enough good things about them. Very good workers, they installed the 7 new windows and cleaned up after themselves in very short order. My situation was odd only in the sense that shortly after my initial purchase I became unemployed and so finances became an issue and I had to delay the actual installation of the windows for several months. The company was extremely patient with me while I worked out my financial situation. I also had some other structural concerns about the home itself, but those finally were finally resolved as well and the installation commenced immediately. My only regret was that I didn't complete the project much sooner than I did, but that is all on me and my procrastination and doesn't reflect poorly on the company at all. I am very happy with the 7 new energy efficient windows and look forward to enjoying them for many years to come. I live on a corner lot and I can already tell how much the noise level has been reduced considerably. I will continue to recommend this company to anyone who is looking to replace their windows.

Flawless installation. The Windows look like they have always been there

They get straight "A's" always. Renewal by Andersen is like the best company in the world. They're expensive but you definitely get what you pay for. I think they're the best company there is. What really impressed me was the fact that my windows have a lifetime warranty that extends to the life of my condo. If I sell this new warranty, it goes to the new buyer. They're great. They're were nothing but professional. They came out and explained to me everything that they're going to do. They explained why it was more expensive. They completely guaranteed the quality. When they installed them, one of the frames of the screens was slightly damaged. It was barely noticeable. The installer ensured me that within a week, they would have another one in here. Sure enough within the week, there was a new screen in there.

It was excellent, they had great customer service. The product is fabulous, they stand by their product. If I have any issues with anything, they come out and handle it as needed.

Buyer Beware! I contacted the San Diego "Show Room", she was polite but was very insistent about both my wife and I to be present, and to clear 60 to 90 minutes for the appointment. My wife and I have conflicting schedules of work (nights / days) so it is impossible to get us together during the week, we do not often even see each other. REALLY??? I moved into a beautiful home near the ocean and the windows in the master bath do not open, so I only need 3 windows replaced to match existing, so they open to get the ocean breeze. Patrice was not going to budge on this point, and this is starting to feel like a time share hard sell situation. I politely but firmly backed out of the appointment process and am thankful that I did not buy the "Deal" I do not normally take time to draft incidents like this, but if you are thinking about purchasing the "Deal" sight un-seen, I would certainly think VERY carefully about it before jumping into the pool head first!
