My wife and I moved into our first home almost a year ago, the back two bedroom windows had broken seals and looked horrible. We desperately wanted to change them out with something that would help keep the rooms cool and looking good, especially in our soon to be nursery! Renewal by Anderson had exactly what we wanted and when Damian Figueroa came out to do the install he was very professional and helpful with any questions we had for him. During the installation he took the time to show us the process as they got installed. Once everything was finished they cleaned everything up and showed us the finished product and how everything worked. We are so happy with the finished product that Damian provided for us and highly recommend Renewal by Anderson for future window replacements.

From the initial sales visit, to the actual install of three slider windows, all RbA personnel were completely honest, courteous and professional. The windows were manufactured on time, and the install team (Andy D. & Phill M.) took less than expected, but they thoroughly explained all features of the new windows, especially the care and maintenance. Super Job! We love their 18-month 0% financing package and will be installing more windows and a sliding door in the future.

I was most impressed with the professionalism and efficiency by the team from Renewal by Andersen: Damian Figueroa and Chris Carlson. They arrived promptly on both days and installed a total of 10 state-of-the-art dual-paned, slider windows, after removing the original 1959 steel-framed single-paned windows. The final trim work was done, leaving no scars on the interior or exterior of the house. I know the value of my home has increased due to the high quality of the windows. I would highly recommend hiring them for your window replacement. They will be returning in three weeks to install two patio doors.

I recently had Renewal by Andersen install new windows in my home. I was kept informed every step of the way. From purchase, to ordering, measurement, delivery, and finally to installation. The tech came out to measure and discuss the products. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The installers, Isaiah and Victor arrived on time, were very friendly and got the job done in the time specified. The installers were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They kept me updated me throughout the project and explained the aspects of the project upon completion. The installers took their time with the installation to ensure the windows fit properly, sealed securely, and were in excellent working order. One thing they said was that the windows were measured and made to fit perfectly. I appreciated that they explained how the energy ratings on the windows I chose would benefit me for years to come. The crew installed the doors perfectly, and demonstrated use and care. Before they left, they cleaned up the job site so well, you'd never suspect anyone was ever there! The new windows were left clean, free of dirt and smudges. Because of their exceptional customer service, installation and the product Renewal by Andersen provided, I have become a loyal customer for life. The windows look beautiful.

Renewal by Anderson windows installers Carlos Jr and David Ford did a very good job. Fast and efficient. They answered all of my questions, cleaned up after the job was done and during the final walk through they made sure to tell me how to clean the windows properly and not to use an ammonia based cleaner (windex), as it would damage the sealant. The installation was very satisfactory.

I was notified by Andersen several months ago that there was a warranty recall affecting a number of windows which had been installed in 2014. Javier Luevanos came to my house to survey the situation. He called to verify that he was on the way, arrived promptly on time, was very pleasant and professional. He took photos, verified measurements, etc. About six weeks later he came to the house with a crew of five or six and supervised the replacement task which, to my surprise, was completed in just one day. Javier then adjusted the casement windows and conducted a final inspection with me. At all times It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Javier--can't praise him too highly. And kudos to Andersen for standing behind their warranty policy.

We had a wonderful experience with Renewal by Andersen. We had a large job (16 windows and 1 sliding glass door), and everyone we worked with was amazing. Rigoberto "Robert" Aguilar was the person who came to our home and explained the product to us and gave us the quote. He spent a lot of time with us answering our many questions and ensuring we were comfortable with our purchase. Our installers Cristian F. and Eddie Macias were amazing. They were so friendly and professional and did such a beautiful job. They were on time and put in long hard days and their attention to detail was wonderful. We love our finished product. In addition, Rikky Moreno came to our home to install a screen lock that was missing and he also showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. Seriously, Renewal by Andersen knows how to give great customer service. The two things I care most about are product quality and customer service and they have exceeded my expectations in both. The windows are a beautiful addition to our home. Installers Carlos, Dale, and Phil showed up on time and worked hard until the job was done. They were professional and kept me informed of what was going on. A+

Fabulous. JC Keville was the Sales Design Consultant who became a friend in the process. She was knowledgeable about the products, and listened to me as I explained what I wanted. The company called to check if help was needed with applying for Homeowner's approval, and also to let me know when the door would be delivered. Henry Pohl was the installer who came out on February 21. He was prompt, professional, and friendly and obviously takes pride in the work he does. He thoroughly explained the lock system on the door and how to use the blinds within the windows. The sliding door is absolutely beautiful. Andersen windows are a bit more pricey, but you get what you pay for in quality and service.

on the day of the appointment Javier Luevanos their service guy showed up to my house and promply and proffesionally began to work. The adjustments took about 30 minutes.He finished his work providing me with valuable information and how to maintain my door for a better performance. So far Renewal by Andersen has done everything they promised and more. I'm very happy to have chosen Renewal by Andersen.

UPDATE: After several weeks of non-responsiveness by the company, my concerns were finally addressed after completing and submitting the Renewal by Andersen post-installation survey. The local Operations Manager (new – Scott) and Construction Manager (Vinnie) became personally involved and inspected the installation. They found that the installation was poorly done and not completed to their standards. At my convenience, they arranged for a 3-man crew to come back to remove and re-install the windows, with Vinnie initially supervising. The crew was polite and professional and did an excellent job. After I later identified some minor discrepancies, Vinnie came back and viewed those items and had them fixed. This is the type of responsiveness, professionalism, and customer care I originally expected when choosing Renewal by Andersen. They made sure we were satisfied and pleased with our windows installation. As a result, I have changed their overall experience grade from "F" to "B". The only reason why I am not giving Renewal by Andersen an "A" is because of their initial non-responsiveness. Kudos to Scott, Vinnie, and their crew for making it right. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Renewal by Andersen might have a superior window, but the non-responsiveness of the San Diego team regarding my windows installation concerns, which included damage to my home, has convinced me to not have any more windows replaced by Renewal by Andersen. When the San Diego team failed to respond to my concerns, I sent a letter to Renewal by Andersen's President, Paul Delahunt (mailed 12/26/2017). As of today, no one has contacted me from Renewal by Andersen. In a nutshell, I had the following issues with their unprofessional installation: (1) They canceled on the day of the original installation appointment, which I had taken time off of work for. (2) A single installer arrived for the re-scheduled appointment without all of his tools, which contributed to damaging my home and the installation of 3 small/medium kitchen windows taking over 8 hours. (3) Due to the installer accidentally breaking one of the outside window overfit mouldings and causing damage to the inside drywall, installation repairs needed an additional 3 days of appointments. (4) Damage also included large pieces of the house's 2X4 frame splintering off its edge and a 3" long by 1" wide (at its widest point) chip in my marble counter due to the removal of the original windows. (5) Although the installer was personable and seemed to work hard, he made poor choices such as purposely breaking the glass of the original windows without ensuring the glass shards would not go into my kitchen and be scattered throughout my backyard, where children and pets play. Also, I believe the company set him up for failure by not having another teammate come with him and help. Bottom Line: The premium price you will pay for these windows might get you a superior window, but will not ensure you get a professional installation or the high-level of customer service that you should expect. I recommend that you get your windows from a different company.

Renewal by Anderson sent a qualified repair person to our home in 2 days, very responsive! Javier Luevanos, from Andersen, arrived on time, was very courteous and friendly. Javier went right to work on the windows that needed repair. Javier did a great job on the windows and was very careful , clean and efficient in his work! Fantastic! Javier made two visits, checked each and every window and serviced them all. He listened carefully and took care of my issues. He was on time, polite, and skilled.

Javier is very prompt, respectful, professional, hardworking and has a great sense of humor. Javier fixed our problem window and then checked our other windows to make sure they were working properly. He sprayed silicone on all the frames to help the windows slide easier. I think he goes beyond what is required, taking that extra step to make sure the customer is happy.

The installers, Cristian F and Danny P were very professional and respectful of all the details of our older home. They milled replacement molding, and responded to every question I had. Their managers, especially Jose, were very quick to respond to any concerns. They did a super job, and were very efficient.

Door is of high quality. Expert follow up by the service technician team to finalize remaining issues with the original install. Rikki, Cori and Javier were highly skilled and shared expert information with me on the sliding door.

We have been totally happy with our Anderson windows and front door for nearly ten years. It's cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter, and they look beautiful, it really updated the home. When we needed some adjustment on the front door due to humidity it was quickly taken care of by Anderson and Javier checked all our windows and noticed some of the screens had some rust, so he ordered some new ones for us at no charge because we were still under warranty. They came this week and Rikky Moreno installed them quickly and efficiently and was most helpful in using silicone to make sure all the windows opened easily and taught me how to do it, leaving me the spray can.for future use. I am very impressed with the professional and friendly service, and the high quality of the products.

A service call was quickly scheduled. Javier came as scheduled and thoroughly fixed it so it was like new. He also checked all of our Andersen windows to make sure they operated smoothly and when he found some rust on the screens scheduled new ones to be delivered and installed. I had forgotten that a 10 year warranty came with the windows and screens but he reminded me. He put silicone on all the window tracks and taught me how to do it, leaving the can of silicone for me to use in the future to keep them smooth. I was delighted with the service, professionalism and promptness of the service and look forward to the new screens.

The office worked with me on dates and times so alarm company could also be here when the job was complete. The crew of Carlos, Carlos Jr., Eugene and Ryan did a great job, got here when they said and were good to work with. I would go with Renewal by Andersen again.

Installation itself was perfect. Ordering process was painful with a change order processed and confirmed by four different team members and the wrong door was still ordered and shipped. Replacement door was delayed as was delivery and installation. Sales person never followed up on the order once the sale was completed except to follow up on my requests for call backs. I had planned to order replacement windows and sliders for my house in the next 12-18 months because of the strong brand and reliability of product (quoted about $15k more on these items), but I will not be coming back again for windows. This door took over two months to be ordered correctly and be installed (original contract execution date was 05/06/2017 with an install date of 07/29/2017). Overall my grade is a B, due mostly to the ordering delay and sales person follow up. Sorry for this, Anderson; it was hard for me to grade you all this way.

What a terrible experience. When they replaced our windows they damaged the interior and exterior walls. They also left glass all over our master bedroom and lawn. They hired the cheapest cleaning company to clean our bedroom. One of the employees from the cleaning company stole from us. They came out and picked up the glass in our lawn but I had already gotten a piece of glass in my hand. They never repaired the walls. A very rude female in their office told me they would only make the repairs if I purchased the paint. Why should I buy it if they caused the damage. They finally took my extra paint to match it so they could paint. They said they would call and return but never did. The windows are ok. Not worth the money and hassle. They did reimburse us for the items which were stolen. They would only pay us for the exact items in a police report. They did nothing for all the time we spent dealing with the problems. Including the time we spent talking on the phone to the rude employee at their office.

Javier was friendly and professional and did an excellent job repairing my failing window frame. Javier called to let me know when he'd arrive, came within the arrival time promised and was able to complete the repair in a timely manner. Javier also fixed the squealing sliding door. Great job!
