This company has completed windows, roofing and soon to be siding as a final project. They are a great company and operate at very high levels starting with their sales team all the way to final project inspection. You can rest assured that the job will be done accurately.

Lance and Jessica have helped us twice in the last year for our roof, and now again for our siding project. They are a dynamic duo, and have the whole experience enjoyable. They truly have had our back each time. Great rates, easy financing and very professional. They make you feel your part of the DaBella family. He made it simple to understand the process and gave me several options for payment. Never felt pressured but also knew he was making sure we got what WE want. Scheduling was very simple. Carey Funk, our roofing specialist was awesome in explaining step by step in the whole process of our roof issue-she explained and showed us in detail with photos, making it easy to understand.

I haven't had the windows installed yet, so can't rate the quality but I'm sure it will be great!

Very good I got to have answer today

The work was done well, with quality materials. However, cleanup was not thorough? I found a number of nails left in my driveway and yard. And follow-up was awful on a newly installed gutter which clogged and overflowed. They said they sent someone out to fix it, but no improvement was seen. Since it was the gutter right over the front steps, it was inconvenient, to say the least, to have it dripping. Follow up requests were pretty much ignored.

Zane was my initial contact with DaBella. I felt very comfortable working with him, and he was extremely detailed in his description of services. He is very proud to be working for DaBella, and I am very, very satisfied with DaBella's work. Zane is great!

A little pushy. When husband stated he needed to talk with me. (I was not home at the time) he kept him talking and pushing him to sign till I got there

Work was done by sub-contractor. Not bad quality but finishing was spotty.

They are very personable

I was told by Debella that if there was an overage on shingles, I would receive a check for that overage. I was charged for 33 square and only received 25 according to the warranty. That is 8 square difference at approx. $400 a square. I called them and also talked to the salesperson and never heard a word from them. Would not recommend them to anyone!! The construction crew was great. But DeBella did not live up to their word. Would not hire them again.

I do not know yet they have not approved me yet for financing yet. So I do not know what is going on yet.

We hired DeBella because they were the only company that asked to look into our attic to see what the roof looked like from underneath and to see if there were any leaks. None of the other roofers did this. They worked fast and were extremely tidy. My only complaint -- and I suppose this is minor -- is that we gave detailed instructions for a couple of issues to the salespeople. It was evident that the salespeople never passed on this info to the crew doing the work because they called us on every single issue. It was just a little annoying. And when they failed to re-install our weather station, they sent a worker to put it back on at 6 a.m. on a Sunday morning. But overall they were very thorough in explaining how everything worked and we are pleased with the final product.

I had two representatives Jeff and Harrison come out and throughly check out our home to see what we would need to make our house safe for many years to come. When it came time for the financial situation that I had concerns about they were more than willing to work with us and get us a payment plan that we were comfortable with. I would highly recommend working with this family owned company.

They were roofing in the rain, roof leaked and Dabella has not agreed to fix damage.

Roof looks great. Happy with the product. The demo/quote process is a bit looooong (by a bit, I mean really long).

They did excellent work from beginning to end. My only complaint is the expense. But I did accept it.
