Courtesy were great. Perry the plumber came by to investigate why my water pressure was low. Perry carefully investigated why may water pressure was low and why I had no hot water. He concluded the old heater, which was 10 years old, was so full of sediment and mineral deposit from the hard water it was restricting the flow of water. I could have had him replace the heating elements to get the hot working again but he advised against it because heater was already 10 years old, it was loaded with crud, and because it had a small leak by the drainage valve. He quoted me a price for Courtesy to supply and install a new heater, but said they were happy to install a new one I supplied for $400 and said it was cost an extra $50 for them to take away and dispose of the old heater. I chose to do thing, and Perry said he'd wait to hear back from me when I had purchased a new heater. I did my research online and bought a Whirlpool 40 gallon electric water heater at Lowe's that had good reviews from Lowe's customers. I schlepped it out to my SUV and loaded it into the back and got it home. I phoned Perry the next day and he came to install it. He was careful and methodical and did a great job installing the new heater, being careful not to create a mess in my house. He followed up with a phone call the next day to make sure everything was working properly. I'd have no hesitation in highly recommending Courtesy Plumbing after my fantastic experience with them. My installation came with a 2 year labor warranty, and I have no doubt they'd come and perform any repairs covered under the warranty without hesitation. Two Thumbs up for Courtesy Plumbing, and thanks for solving my water pressure and hot water issues!

Our water heater decided to break and gush water out of its top. We had to shut the house's water off so was without water until the problem was fixed. Fortunately, Courtesy responded very promptly and the problem is now fixed. Excellent service. Phone call was answered after two rings and an appointment was set up for a few hours later within the minute. The plumber came one hour within the two hour appointment window. He assessed the problem and decided the water heater needed replacing. He then informed us that home depot honor the water heater warrantees if they have an equivalent in stock (!) so he dealt with home depot and got us a steep discount on a brand new energy efficient GE water heater based on its warrantee and age. He installed the new water heater and everything is as new. The whole job took about three hours, including removal of the old water heater, dealing with home depot, going to get a replacement heater and its installation. Kids had hot water for their bath, we could cook dinner - everyone is happy.

We had a mini disaster of a tub/shower clog and needed someone to clean the drain for our roman tub and our separate shower. I spent an hour or so with a plunger & my harbor freight snake, but couldnt get it cleared and needed to call in the professionals. With the clog occuring on Sunday and not wanting to deal with any plumber overtime etc, I just waited until Monday. I called Courtesy Plumbing at 8:30am and they arranged to send someone between 11-2pm. A courtesy plumbing tech contacted me on his way to my house and arrived just after 2pm. He spent about 30 min trying to clear the clog with 2 of his various snakes to no avail. It was nice to know it wasnt just me that had problems getting it fixed. ;-) The tech not quite sure what to do next called for reinforcements, namely the owner Tony. The tech said someone from the office would reschedule someone to come out the following day. But I got a call from the office that the owner was on his way and would be there in 20 min. Tony (the owner) came in surveyed the situation and with apparently just the right magic touch got the clog on his first try. Im sure the owner is going to give that tech some pretty good razzing for not being able to solve the problem himself. ;-) While getting the clog fixed quickly was pretty good, but honestly what really impressed me is what Tony did *after* he fixed the clog. At this point I would have considered Tonys job done since he solved the problem, he went further. The shower basin had a layer of crud from the backup of the water. Tony took his rag from his bucket, turned on the shower and rinsed all the crud down the drain, and scrubbed away the surface. So here is the owner of the plubing company, not just fixing the problem, but making sure when the job was done the shower looked like there never had been a problem. Thats what I call good old fashioned quality service, I will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs.

Tony replaced the thermal coupler and I have hot water again!!! I realize that plumbing is not inexpensive, but it's great to receive good service at a reasonable rate.

I spent around $250 on the job. I have used them before. They are polite, on time. They give you a lot of information. They don?t think of themselves as experts. Their prices are comparable. I will use them again in the future.
