They came out and did this, then it was weeks and they did this. I think the prices are competitive. Excellent work they have done for me. At the time i had that disaster and it was a Sunday morning and they came out right away and took care of it which i was pleased about. Called in the morning ( day before Thanksgiving) and they send a technician the same afternoon. The technician was very professional and courteous.

On time. Called in advance. Pleasant to deal with and all done well and fairly quickly and per the estimate given. Cleaned up after himself and everything works perfectly. Not wild about the price but they were actually a bit lower than one other bid. Probably my age.

Nice! Lou called when on his way. showed up when he said. talked thru the project with me and asked what I wanted to do vs. telling me how he is going to do it. He was very honest and up front with me and I will ask for him again. He really had to work to get the old faucets out (previous install wasn't done right) but he just kept working and got the job done probably as fast as anyone could - I saw him from the upstairs window and he was running out to his truck for parts. Which is another thing - he had parts in his truck! I've used other plumbing companies *cough *cough Black Mountain who had to go to Home Depot twice for parts while doing a 2" drain repair for me! I'd recommend them to friends and family...

When I originally called, the service receptionist gave me an appointment that was two days out, but offered to call me if an earlier day/time opened up. She called me within an hour and was able to schedule me that day. The service technician arrived promptly at the estimated time. He thoroughly explained the origin of the leak and what was needed to repair it. He was very professional in explaining the time needed and cost to fix the problem. After completing the job, he took the time to answer other questions I had about future plumbing jobs I was interested in.

It went very well. Better than we had expected given the condition of the house. Tony and one of his guys spent a full day from 8am until after 5pm working on everything. Tony even managed to track down a special type of shower handle in the finish I was looking for (don't ask). They were prompt, kind, and most importantly did solid quality work. We were more than happy to pay him for his time and materials. I think it's worth mentioning that this isn't our first home. We've been though a full home remodel before and used a different plumbing company. We were far more happy with Courtesy Plumbing because we could see they really knew what they were doing. They seem to be a small company with a select number of very experienced plumbers. We did have to book a few weeks in advance because we had so much work to be done, but it was worth it. I did not list the price here as it is our family policy not to disclose this type of information.

My husband and I bought a fixer upper house. It needed a lot of plumbing work. We were able to give Courtesy Plumbing the home inspection report and they were able to work down the list and fix everything on it. Their initial estimate was on target, they showed up exactly when they said they would, and they did really good, solid work. This is our second home, we know plumbing quite well, and feel Tony and crew are worth the money. We want our plumbing done right the first time with quality workmanship, and that is what Courtesy Plumbing provided.

Job was quoted and started within a week and a half. Quote came in 200$ less than competitor. The guys that came over were nice and efficient. Job was done in two days and everything is working great.

They call when they are within 20 minutes of showing up. They were within the time frame given when appointment was made. Abraham was very professional and friendly. Will definitely call again.

I found this plumber on Yelp (where they are THE dominant plumber in San Diego area) before joining Angie's List. I am surprised to see so few reviews here for them. I have hired them twice over the last 2 years, and I have been delighted with the quality and value of their work. They are prompt and professional. I fully trust them to honestly explain the pros and cons of different approaches. I will certainly continue hiring them in the future. The two exterior faucets that they replaced required sawing off the old pipe coming from the house and welding a new faucet onto this pipe. They even added a screw on connection so I can replace the faucet myself in the future. The plumber that did this work was a complete perfectionist. The connections look perfect, just like brand new construction. These guys are awesome. . . a plumber we can trust AND afford!

Courtesy arrived within the window they'd given me, called before coming to let me know they were headed our way. Joey arrived with a big smile, asked me to explain what was happening and then I showed him where the cleanouts were located. He dragged a very heavy snake into our backyard (no easy feat) and set to work. He was finished within about 90 minutes, put everything nicely back in place, handed us our invoice and when we had paid him, he was gone in a flash. This was the third time I've had Courtesy Plumbing do work, and each time they've been on time, polite, efficient, thorough and willing to answer questions and explain what needs to be done and why. I used to dread calling a plumber, and still don't enjoy paying for them, but Courtesy is competitive and, because of the other things I mentioned above, I will have them back again.. and again.

We called Courtsey they setup an appointment and showed up on time. They inspected the slab leak told us they could repipe our copper piping with no problem or rip up our kitchen floor. We chose to repipe. Took a couple of days. They were very clean about everything. Overall things went exactly as they told us it would.

Found this company on Yelp. These folks have been over a couple of times to repair damaged plumbing. Both times they were prompt, friendly, and professional.

Sieg arrived early (with my o.k.), donned a pair of booties before coming inside, looked at the bathtub leak and the outside faucets and was confident he could accomplish everything within the hour. He quoted me $125 for the hour plus the parts he would use. I had him proceed - hoping for the best. To my amazement, he accomplished everything using parts he carried in his truck. In addition, he was polite, neat and left behind only the old shower head and the new one's packaging for me to dispose of. Not even footprints! I had been putting off this work anticipating a need to rip open the plaster walls in our 1950's house. What a relief that the work could all be accomplished with no mess and in record time. I am beyond happy with Courtesy Plumbing and with Sieg!

I only do repeat business with service providers that are knowledgeable, experienced, professional and get the job right the first time. Courtesy Plumbing meets all these criteria and will use them for all my plumbing needs. For the toilet replacement I called the owner Tony and he was able to get me a better price for the fixtures than anything I could get online or in a big box store. In addition to toilet replacement we've used Courtesy to make minor plumbing repairs and change out a water heater over the years. Courtesy has sends experienced, knowledgeable people who do the job right the first time. These guys are the real deal - professional, on time and quality work.

Tony had to cut open kitchen ceiling to find leak from bathroom above and then repair pipes. He was very efficient and did not make a mess. I'm so glad we found a plumber that provided excellent service. I'd have him back anytime I need a plumber.

My experience with them was wonderful! You don't have to worry about anything. They came in, and did what they were told to do. They were upfront with everything, and they were clean. They took care of everything, and it was wonderful! I would definitely use them again in the future.

After they finished, they had to come back because I did not like the way the water was running. He came back and fixed it so it was exactly what I liked. He did not charge for the second appointment. Both plumbers who came were very courteous, pleasant, and efficient. They worked neatly and were very careful. The office staff was very helpful.

Lou was early.Told me exactly what he was going to do then filled me in on the cost as he want through the work. Very pleasant, professional and easy to work with.
