Not only were they the lowest bid i got but they did a beautiful job and fit my budget and completed in the time frame they gave me. Frank is very knowledgeable and had very good taste. A lot of the design was Frank's idea and he saved me numerous times from making stupid mistakes. I highly recommend Complete Builders for any construction needs you may have.
