Frank and his team were amazing. Frank came out and I received a quote for my project the next day. Scheduling with Margaret was a breeze, and the completion of the project happened in the estimated window. I can’t say enough about the excellence of his team. Edgar, Victor, and Noel did an amazing job. They were on time every day, and always very professional. I’m so happy with the finished product.

Excellent communication from Frank and his team before, during, and after the completion of the project. Frank provided clear explanations of work that could and would be done, and detailed it clearly in his proposal. He was mindful of my concerns on price and offered solution to the build to accommodate those concerns. The team came in and was efficient, courteious, and clean. They swept up after every day, completed the project on time, and provided updates during the construction. I hired CBI in February 2020 to help transform an above garage studio into a one bedroom apartment. I could tell from my first meeting with Frank Megura the owner of CBI that he was professional, experienced, and would be able to assist me with what I was requesting. Frank and his team at CBI were able to implement the plans drawn up my architect to turn my ideas into reality. I was provided with a detailed estimate of the work I requested which allowed me the flexibility to make adjustments based on my budget. A detailed timeline was provided for the project which was helpful to allow for my budgeting of payments and planning for the stages of work and completion of the project. Margaret the office manager communicated with me frequently regarding the details of the contract, payments, and site visit times of the workers. Frank was more than happy to work in conjunction with my professional designer at my request. The work completed included framing, plumbing, electrical, and painting. Details of the work performed include: Transforming a water closet into a ¾ bath with the addition of a shower. The shower was built into a space that included installation of a shower pan, tile walls from floor to ceiling with a built in shower nook, installation of a rain shower head as well as a hand held sprayer, and installation of a frame less glass door. A medicine cabinet was installed over the existing sink. A wet bar was replaced with a full sink and faucet installed into a granite counter top over cabinet bases. The granite was installed intact without any breaks and a hole was drilled allowing for installation of a reverse osmosis water system. The end results was lots of cabinet space with a beautiful granite counter top, matching back splash, and a dual basin sink and faucet. Very functional and attractive. A bedroom with a closet was constructed to my specifications. It fit in nicely to this 450 sq. ft. studio. The bedroom included the installation of 2 entry doors, one on each side of the room as requested, and a 5 ft. closet was built in. Painting was performed with the requested paint brand and colors of my choosing. The electrical work included installation of a light over the bathroom sink, an exhaust fan and light near the shower, 2 recessed lights over the kitchen counter area, 4 recessed lights in the living area, and a ceiling mount light in the bedroom. 2 light switches were placed in the bedroom, one at each entryway. This was a great functional detail Frank suggested. Additionally electrical outlets were added where needed and replacement of old yellowed outlets and switch plate covers were completed. I would like to commend CBI for the professionalism of their workers. I especially would like to give praise to Noe who spent the most time on the project site. He communicated with me almost daily prior to the work that was to be completed. He is an excellent communicator not only in stating what was to be done but also listened to my ideas and implemented any special requests I had. He also provided me with insight and suggestions that improved the functionality of certain details I was requesting. I have already contacted Frank and his team at CBI to work on another remodel project on my home. I highly recommend Complete Builders Incorporated and have already recommended them to an interested party looking for a professional and reliable contractor.

I have worked several times with Complete Builders Inc. Termite woodworking, exterior painting of the entire home. It has always been a pleasure to work with CBI. I have always felt I got excellent results for my investments... After these past positive experiences, I have decided to work with CBI on a larger, more complicated, and personal project. Remodeling my kitchen while removing some walls and changing the entire floor plan of the kitchen, dining, and living rooms. The final result reached our high expectations. I cannot say enough about Frank and his team at Complete Builders. The customer service Frank provided exceeded all of our expectations. He goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy. His team of workers are very respectful of your space and make sure everything is covered and protected if need be. The quality of work is fantastic and Frank checks in regularly with you to make sure everything is going well and you are happy with the work. You cannot go wrong with Complete Builders - they will provide high quality work along with great communication/ follow-up to ensure your home is as good as new! We've worked with many general contractors over the years and I can say without a doubt that Frank (CBI) is top of the line. Not only do they produce on-time, great quality work, but Frank has many of those qualities (trusting, friendly, hardworking, accountable, fair, understanding) that one hopes/wants their contractor to have. He will always do the right thing for his Clients and his employees have the same amount of pride in the work that they take on . I appreciate that he is always upfront with us, that he is willing to take the time to make us feel comfortable with the "project" and that he is just as passionate about the little projects as he is the bigger projects (who knows maybe he isn't but to us it sure seems that way:). Two final comments before I end this (hope you find it helpful) review: 1. I've always been interested in doing more of this type of work around our house and rental units we have. Recently, I've started to not use a contractor and do some things on my own. Well, call me surprised but even though he is not working on the project Frank is the first to give me tips, pointers and also tells me that I can call him with other questions. To me this shows how confident Frank is with his profession, the type of character that he embodies and why we repeatedly keep going back to him. 2. As it relates to estimating and cost, if we have an upcoming project there are two ways we proceed: - Contact Frank & hire him knowing that we will be very happy with the outcome. - Start by getting a few different contractor estimates - Contact Frank and hire him knowing that we will be very happy with the outcome. either go with Frank for a project (without getting any other estimate)s or we get a a''f other estimates as well. Frank showed up on time for the job walk through and spent the time necessary to discuss the work and access the job. When I did not receive a bid for several weeks, I called and was told they were waiting on me to provide information. After providing the information in a timely manner, a quote for the job was never received.

I can't recommend this company too highly. They were recommended by a neighbor who thought they did very good work. We had dry rot in two structural timbers in different spots. Frank Megura told us how he could support the house while replacing the wood and gave us a quote that was much less than I feared. His workmen were inventive professionals and finished the job in one day, including a primer and two coats of house paint. The cleanup was thorough and complete. We will certainly use them again when other problems arise.

I have worked with scores of contractors on projects over the last 20 years, all over California, from small projects to a $7 million ocean front remodel. I can honestly say I have never received better service or more professional work than that provided by CBI. Frank, Noe and the rest of the team are simply "a cut above." I can't recommend them highly enough.

Outstanding job! A neighbor recommend Frank to me, saying he was a perfectionist, and I agree. His workmen showed up early everyday, were very professional, and cleaned the site everyday before they left. I have had many neighbors and passing dog-walkers remark on how nice the house looks, and several asked who did the job.

Office Manager Jessica Ortega quickly responded to my questions prior to signing a contract and kept me informed throughout the work project. The employees who worked on site were amazing. They were so meticulous with every aspect of the job. These men have years of experience and took extreme pride in their work product. I was informed each morning what would be done and at the end of the day I was briefed again. I am so pleased with the final product and will definitely call them for future work.

I contacted them and set up an appointment to have them come out. The plumber was on time and very knowledgeable he immediately assessed the problem and got to work. End result was toilet needed to have some internal hardware replaced. Toilet works perfectly now. I would so hire this company for future home improvements. They were very professional from start to finish!!

From the beginning all I had was some inspiration pages and a vision. The CBI helped my vision become a reality and stayed within my desired budget.

Complete Builders, Inc. did a first-rate job with nice attention to detail. The job required some extra work and craftsmanship to blend with existing sill and the two CBI employees did an excellent job. Before leaving, they sanded and touched up the interior and exterior paint and even trimmed the wooden blinds to fit the new window.

The service was terrific. They were very smart about they way the handled everything from finding and solving the problems. There work is terrific. They were on time, professional, friendly and helpful. They even went out of there way to help with some other small items that weren't on the list and corrected those with no additional charge.

No problems, Allen showed up on time, got to work and had job done in a couple hours. He was personable, answered my questions, knew exactly what he was doing, followed my instructions to pipe excess pressure valve relief to outside (not to floor) and cleaned up after himself. Smelted pipes perfectly. I am very pleased Complete Builders uses such a capable experienced plumber. These guys do great work, at a reasonable price, will definitely hire again.

Frank and team were excellent. Frank really knows what he is doing. He came across as very competent during the quoting process and that proved to be the case. He has a great team working for him and the quality of the work was top notch. They kept to the schedule and budget. I would definitely use Frank and Complete Builders Inc again.
