Coastal Tree Care

Description of Work: Trimmed 3 trees in neighbor's yard, which block our view corridor. Joseph did a great job coordinating access to her lot directly with our neighbor and kept me informed. We split total bill 50/50 and again Joseph dealt directly with her to receive her half. His original estimate was high compared to what we previously spent, but he readily negotiated down to a more comparable level. He did a great job with the trees.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for $99 for $200 worth of tree service. He did a fabulous job! He was excellent. He was very efficient and finished the work quickly. He even took a little bit longer to ensure it was done well. He was professional and came to speak to me about what was done. However, I wish he would have trimmed one of the limbs a little lower but he said it would be bad for the tree.

Description of Work: I paid $99 for $200 worth of tree service. The person from Coastal Tree Care came out and tried to over charge us on removing a tree (we have other quotes). He was there five minutes and didn't even let us discuss the $99 for $200. I don't think they do anything for $200 and want you to spend a great deal more than the $99. My review of Angie's list and Coastal Tree Care will not be good at all if I can not get my money back I have used this type of deal from other services and have always been satisfied - I believe this is just a rip off and I expected more from Angie's List. As with anything, there should be a 48 hour cooling off period and I should be able to cancel the sale. Thank you.

Description of Work: After verifying that Coastal Tree Care did service my area,I purchased the Big Deal last night and Joseph came out to look at the job.He said the $200 coupon can be applied toward the job but it would cost $500 just to have his guys come to the property.)(I had purchased a previous coupon for another tree service in the San Diego area; also had to request a refund because they do not come to my part of San Diego County!)Vendors need to specify this type of info when offering such deals...a waste of everyone's time.
