Description of Work: They trimmed and laced my huge elm tree. Did a very professional job. There were some follow-up issues with the person who does the billing and scheduling. Maybe that has been improved on by now.

We sincerely apologize that you were unhappy with your Deal purchase. Unfortunately, the scope of work you requested was quite large and therefore incurred an additional cost. We would have been happy to edit the proposal by removing a few items to bring the cost down and we are always willing to work out monthly payment plans, as needed. We aren't always able to get a hold of customers the day of their scheduled estimate so we oftentimes take a look around to avoid having to reschedule and delay the proposal process. Of course, we would never enter a property in which there is a pet present without the homeowner being there, so I am glad to hear that that did not happen! I do apologize that our attempt to complete the estimate in a timely manner made you uncomfortable, however. Description of Work: After getting several estimates, I asked Coastal Tree care to give me an estimate. Their response was quick and the price was super competitive, the details of the job to be done were specified in the pre-invoice, and they were giving me a discount of 10% thru Angie's List. Timing is everything and unfortunately a couple of hrs before I got Coastal's estimate I had already comitted with another tree service to do the job. I am a man of my word and would not undo the deal with the other tree service. Next time I will make sure to use the services of Coastal.
