Did not use Brothers for the reasons above: their price was a little steep,and hearsay from friends was places that manufacture their own windows can be a little iffy. However, someone else's opinion of their price/manufacture might vary from mine, and I attest that the shopping experience and professionalism of the sales rep was second to none. The sliding glass door from the other vendor we chose works like a charm, yet I still recommend considering Brothers as an option when you're shopping around for windows and doors.

Got three different bids. Brothers not only were the lowest bid but we liked their product the best. Made the deal the company executed as stated and finished earlier than quoted. The cleaned up each day and were very professional.

They did a good job, I'm happy with them. Everything was installed very well and they had good customer service. Everything looks like good quality, it's been a year now and it's all held up very well.

Wonderful. This company manufactured and installed 33 windows for my house. They were a pleasure to work with. Very professional and responsive. The quality of their windows was visibly better than competitor's. They look and function wonderfully. I highly recommend.

really professional all the way through. we really liked JT's approach - willing to spend time with us and address all our questions and not pressure us. The installers were all very professional. The work was completed in one day although they had set aside two days. They did not leave any mess, they even worked around existing blinds and curtains with no problem. We love our new windows and we think we have avoided the cost of adding air conditioning to our home because the windows are making such a difference keeping the house cool in the summer.

It was pretty straightforward. It was a small job, but I had no problems with them and it was fine.

The Brother's sales rep, JT, came to the house and in 45 minutes provided the written quote and didn't try to pressure me into making the sale that night. I wanted a NEW window installed (not replacing an existing window). Brother's does not do the kind of construction that the creating the opening for the new window required. JT was able to recommended a contractor to do the minor construction work. On the day of the installastion the Brother's team showed up on time and ready to work. The windows went in quickly (it took about 4 fours) and after the intall was complete, they checked for gaps. I'm planning to do some additional remodeling around one of the windows and they have post poned attacheing the molding around the window until the extra wrok is complete. When I'm ready, they will come and install the molding. It was a really good experience and I hightly recommend them.

Great job! (They had installed windows for us previously) The installers weren't happy with the screen on the door, pointed it out to me, and had it replaced. They were very helpful getting our windows and door done before Christmas. Everyone was very friendly, very efficient, and very conscious of keeping our house clean.

We obtained an appointment quickly and after we agreed to have them do the work, they sent Dave to do the measurements and also to give an opinion on a water issue under the old window frames. He was very thorough in making a diagnosis and we are very appreciative of his effort. The windows arrived about five weeks after ordering and a timely appointment was made for two men installers to come out. They did a terrific job in one day! The following day, Brendan came out and did a little touch up and clean up work.

I called Brothers Home Improvement to request an in-home estimate. The appointment was scheduled for that same week. The estimator arrived on time with their product and also another well-known product for comparison. After demonstrating both windows, it didn't take long to sell me on Brother's windows and also the fact that they are family owned and do not hire subcontractors. The final measurements were taken a couple of days later after another scheduled appointment. I was told that I would be contacted in approximately 5 - 7 weeks when the windows were completed. Happily, they were ready in about four weeks and an appointment for installation was made very quickly the same week. I had six windows replaced and two installers arrived on time and completed the job in two hours. They got to work immediately and were completely professional and had the job done so fast. I was expecting completion to take at least a half day. This company is very competitive in their pricing along with being friendly and professional in their manner. I would hire them again - no question.

Things were great from my first phone inquiry to finish of the job. The estimator was prompt, professional and efficient, giving me clear and concise information and NOT consuming my time on a sales pitch. The appointment for post-order window measurements was handled promptly and efficiently. And when the windows had been manufactured and were ready to be installed, the work began at the precise appointment time on the scheduled date. I could hardly believe how efficiently and smoothly the job was performed and completed. All of the people were pleasant and easy to deal with and were people I was comfortable having into my home. I like that the business is family owned and run, and it felt like I was dealing with people who cared about the quality of the work and cared about satisfying the customers.

They were very personable. Their estimate was excellent, and they had given us a competitive price. They had told us that it would take 4 to 6 weeks to install because they manufactured the windows themselves. They had returned exactly after 4 weeks. The work was of high quality and the installation was flawless. They were fast and had also cleaned up after themselves.

There are a couple of things regarding the windows that I think may need to be checked. I would want them to follow up if I have any issues with their work.

The employees from Brother's Home Improvement were really good. They had a good manner. They were very prompt and professional. They were very honest and their prices seemed very in line.

"JT" arrived on time for the estimate. He had his products and other company's products - it was very helpful to be able to compare. JT was very detailed and spent time discussing options for some of my more complex applications. Very professional and well informed. He represents a high quality product. I also had an estimate from a more expensive vendor and, from what I learned from them, I can tell that JT/Brothers does have a good quality product. Due to budget constraints we altered our remodel project and did not use Brothers. I would recommend JT and Brothers to anyone asking.

Windows were delivered earlier than scheduled. Brother's sent 4 installers and the job was finished in 1 afternoon. The experience started with JT (salesman) and each person that came to my home was impressive in regards to their knowledge and helpfulness. I would recommend Brother's to all my friends, neighbors, and relatives. I had several estimates. Other companies tried to give me the "hard" sell, did not know anything about the requirments needed to meet the 2009 tax credit available and none could show me an acutal sample of the finished product I could expect other than pictures. JT had an actual window with him and the ones installed look exactly like the sample he brought. Brother's did an excellant job and I could not be happier with the company, product, or price.

Just a good company to work with. Prices are competitive and ttention to detail is great. The first time i used their services is almost 10 years ago, and they arer still in business and going strong. They carry various lines of windows including their own manufactured brand. These windows are solid and look great. I drive around the neighborhood and see windows that look cheap. Brothers windows look and work great. I have been very happy with their quality and workmanship.

They were absolutely great. The guy we dealt with got back to us and got a bid out quickly. It was very organized. They have a system that they follow when they do a project. They actually finished the job a day and a half early. I would definitely recommend them. Two thumbs up for this company.

There was one blip. The person we were working with had promised the work would be done before Christmas, but she left the company and evidently they didn't get my messages on her email. When they did, they rearranged their schedule to come out---immediately after Christmas.

Everything was great. They were very thorough in their work from measuring to installing. They did everything they said they would. I was very pleased with their work.

I was extremely happy with the fellow who came out, he got me in his car and drove me around the neighborhood and showed me windows that they'd installed. The fellow that came out to measure the windows was such a nice guy.

They have come out and fixed a our windows multiple times. They were incredibly inexpensive. They are very reliable. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

They gave us a wonderful presentation. They have their own manufacturing and their own installation. It was excellent service. They came out when they said they would.
