No complaints, they did a good job and addressed all final comments I had before leaving. Friendly and professional from pricing to installation.

Requested a quote, they arrived on time and had sample windows to actually look at. Went with them, they took less than half a day, arrived on time, and the windows look great. For one of the windows, a little bit of stucco was damaged during installation and they notified us the damaged happened, came back, and repaired it the next week. The windows look great and had the best specs out of the 4 other window installers I got quotes from.

Isaac and Gabrial were fast and efficient. The windows were of good quality. I was very satisfied with Brothers Home Improvement.

They never called back or got in touch with me, after one week.

Their installation crew were the greatest, premium job, great clean up.

Gabriel and his partner were on time, super courteous, and very informative. They showed us how the window locks and built-in stops work and how easily the windows dissemble to clean. This was an excellent experience overall and I would hire Brothers again! The windows are gorgeous!!

Took them a while to fit the job into their schedule, but they came at the designated time and completed the job in four hours. The products work pretty well.

We replaced 11 windows in our home. Every step of the process was easy, from selection to installation, thanks to the professionalism and promptness of Brother's Home Improvement. They offered two brands of vinyl windows and helped me decide between the two, answering my many questions. They will also price match--although the Brother's bid was lower than 2 other companies from which I received estimates. The windows were ordered and arrived sooner than expected. The installation was done within a couple of hours. They were on time and I had every confidence the installers were experienced. All around, an excellent experience.

First let me start by saying that they were one of five companies I had stop buy for a quote. When I asked for the straight price, no haggling, just give me the best you can, BHI is the only company that did this. They were professional, honest, quick and did not ask what the companies quoted. They gave me a firm printed quote, including complete cost breakdown per window as per my request. Original time frame is six weeks for window order and 1.5 days to install. It did take six weeks for windows to come in, and 6 hours to install. (started at 10am were done by 3:45pm). Windows are installed nicely and the warranties are outstanding. I followed up with them the next day as I found a mark on my patio door between the panes, and some scrapes from the install, they are reordering a new window and are placing it with no hassle, I just sent a picture and they contacted me to let me know that they would get a new one. My home is noticeably quieter and does not heat up as quickly. I have already recommended them to my neighbors.

Everything went really smoothly. We lost some time because of the holidays - but they made their estimated deadline for installation. The windows fit perfectly and look great. The workers were quick and efficient and cleaned up everything as they went along. We are very pleased with the overall result and are considering replacing other windows in the future.

Outstanding....exceeded my expectations and were friendly, kind, quick, and neat. The sliding door screen had an issue with the lock and they told me about it up front after the install. They sent someone out to make the repair as soon as the parts arrived...awesome company!

Okay, used this company for 2nd home. Asked for same crew. Leads on crew were Gabriel and Issac. Their partners were Jesus and Pete. Installation was fast, efficient and all very courteous and professional. Cleaned up behind themselves, and just good people who care about your home. (They must have had great moms (lol)! These 4 guys are childhood friends carrying that family business feel into Brother's Home Improvement. Brothers is fortunate to have such a competent caring crew! I have been really impressed with them personally (the crew) and JT the sale rep. Also, scheduling went very well. I would recommend to family and friends. Compliments to entire staff and thank you to the crew!!!!!!!!

I can't even begin to tell you how impressed we have been with this company over the last four years. My neighbor and I went on a hunt four years ago to replace the sliding glass doors and windows in our 40 year old townhouses. As you all know, this is a very costly project, so we did extensive research and got multiple estimates before we started. We decided on Brothers, and we replaced our windows in stages, as we could afford it. We were a little nervous about this....what if we picked badly ....didn't like the windows or the service, and we would be "stuck". Well, no need to worry...everything was perfection. Each time, JT would come out for the initial estimate. Then their expert "measurer" would come out and send in the order. The service department would call and coordinate with me and my neighbor for the date for the installation. Each time, every appointment was on time, and every installation was perfect. They also clean everything up beautifully! Over the last four years, I have had two sliding glass doors and nine windows replaced in three different installations.....and not one hiccup or complaint for the entire process. Isaac and Gabriel came out at nine...installed the last three windows in my neighbors, and the last six windows in my unit....and cleaned up and were gone by 5:00. Oh, by the way...there was a torrential downpour in our neighborhood last week...2" in one hour.....and not one leak in any of the windows. I can't recommend this company highly enough....please call them when you're doing your research for your home project.

Outstanding Job!!!!!!! I would say that from beginning to end - top notch with attention to detail and timely responses. From Initial Estimate with Sales Rep, JT Trahern, to measuring point of contact. By the way, I had another estimate from another window company and frankly those folks lost my paperwork and then asked that I fax it to them! I lost confidence with that company. So I then went back to Angie's List - and well, found Brothers.....and I give them 5 Stars...... The installer's were Gabriel Duranzo and Issac Furete - 5 star young men who worked 3 long days installing the windows. I have light colored carpet and soft wood floors. They took extra care and time to make certain that they covered everything, no dirt or no damage!!! They cleaned behind themselves and left everything very clean. I personally would ask for Gabriel and Issac again.....Impressive Installers.....and simply nice guys and respectful of our home. Which is very important! They deserved tips!!! They were also very thoughtful in communicating each step of the way. This was so easy from start to finish. I called two companies for estimates. Brothers JT came round on time with samples of different windows. He gave me an estimate on the spot. The other company said he would be there at one. Called at two thirty and said "time got away from me I'll be there at three thirty" Turned up at four. I got the estimate a week later. Needless to say I went with Brothers. I was told the windows would be ready in 4 to 6 weeks.After only 3 weeks I got a call that the windows were in.The next day Gabriel and Isaac came at 9:30 as promised and were done by 3.I have an indoor cat and they were very careful about keeping her safe. They were professional at all times and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend Brothers for replacement windows.

Everything went fine but at the end they did not install the dead locks correctly. They cut corners to save time. The bolt works but the hole is much bigger than it should be. They drilled at an angle and they should have used a device to drill perpendicular so the hole would be correct and not loose.

Product met requirements for areas of installation. Good discounts on price. Professional sales representative and helpful personnel on the other end of the phone. I believe the company is extemely busy with customers, but it would have been appreciated if someone had come out to inspect the work completed. Everyone was so helpful and professional in the beginning that it seemed in need of closure.I did call the sales representive to express my thanks as the new windows brighten the areas very well. Didn't check the outside for a few days; then noticed a few very minor glitches in the screen construction....and I will mention this to the company. GE Capital is financing my payment, so I'm still waiting for the bill from them.

I was very pleased with their service. The quality was very good and I have recommended them to others. I enjoyed the laborers, they took very good care of everything and were considerate. They cleaned up well and were very efficient.

The installation was complete in one day, as promised, and my home was left in good condition. They cleaned the new windows and doors very well after installation and cleaned up after themselves leaving no mess behind. I was pleased. I was surprised that there was not a follow up phone call from the company to check on my satisfaction. There was one item that I was dissappointed about that I would have liked to discuss with them. I know I can call them but I really expected a call from them after spending $8,000.

It is hard to find something that I didn't like about their work. The windows that they sold me are insulated very well and have a coating on them so the sun does not fade the carpet or furniture when it comes through the windows. The work was done in a timely manner and they cleaned up nicely. The framing was very strong and built up more than the previous windows. Because the windows are built up more the view is a little smaller than the older windows.

I liked their price because it was very competitive. They provided excellent service. I would use them in the future.

The estimator came out promptly. Their price was competitive and i liked the design of their windows, which they manufacture themselves. The windows are well designed and have nice features like non-metal spacers, tilt-in cleaning and cam locks. Following acceptance of the bid another person cam out to take final measurements. Four weeks later the windows were installed. installation was a one-day job and the installers were very experienced and professional. I am very satisfied with the workmanship and quality of the new windows. They are nice to operate and more energy efficient than the old double pane windows originally installed.

The process went very smoothly. Replacement Windows were installed in one day. As forecasted it took 6-8 weeks to get the windows ordered and installed. The windows and the moulding around the windows looks great, I am pleased with overall product and service and i would recommend them to others.
