They explained the process ahead of time and called to remind us. The work was done in time they told us. The installers were delightful and competent and cleaned up any mess. I am a local real estate agent and would HIGHLY recommend this company to any of my clients, friends and relatives!

They installed the windows first. About six months later we had them come out to work on the casements. They were very good. The sales representative, JT, was very good. He was able to answer all of my questions and wasn't pushy at all. They even showed me samples for the casements as well which was nice.

It went very well. Two young men employed and trained by Brothers were here all day and did the entire job in that time. They seemed very professional and were very careful around the house.

I had called a few places, and was dissatisfied with all the options. I called Brothers based on Angie's List and they came out right away. They took measurements, helped me pick out a product and ordered and installed it. The installation was on-time and done well. Everyone was helpful and cooperative.

The estimator had some excellent suggestions about the type of windows which would work best in certain locations. The estimator was considerate of our time. The installers are courteous and they work carefully and neatly, always being respectful of our property. They went over and beyond what was required of them, helping us in many ways. All the windows and doors look beautiful and they work well. They keep our house much cooler. All the representatives of the company stressed that if we ever have any problems we should call them and they'll send a rep out to resolve the issue. They make their windows and install them. We used this company before in another area and we were happy with their product and service as well.

They were the 4th company I called for an estimate. From my first contact with the receptionist, to the salesman, to the installers, to the troubleshooter, I got superior service. I wish all companies could be so courteous and efficient and provide such a good product. They met my lowest estimate, but the quality of their product was superior. There was a small scratch on one window, and when I called, they didn't even come out to inspect it. They just replaced the glass in a week. I can't recommend them or their product highly enough. Though they sell other high quality windows, I chose their own brand because I was very impressed with the high quality, the excellent guarantee, and the extra features their windows and doors offered. In addition, I was kept informed all through the process of manufacturing and installation. I find the house stays cooler in hot weather, and I only had to run the heat for 20 minutes in the evening to keep the house comfortable all night.

J.T. Trahern set up an appointment with us within a week that we had called. My husband and I were very impressed with his knowledge of windows. Our job was somewhat different, as we were creating new windows where sliding glass doors used to be, and we wanted the windows to be retrofit. J.T. told us how to do this. Also, my husband is very particular about the size and layout of the grids, so the factory faxed to us their drawings before creating the window for his approval. Shannon, in the office, was always a pleasure to deal with. They are very professional. The window installers also were helpful and answered our questions. I was very satisfied with the entire job.

Great experience. JT was the estimator/sales rep who came out to give us an estimate. He was very prompt and courteous, and brought samples of the work and plenty of information/brochures. Site was vacant, so we did not really interact with the installers too much, but they did a clean job- the windows and door work great, cut out a lot of noise. The only complaint I have is about a scratch in our ceiling from where they must have hit it with the sliding door. We didn't see it until much later and didn't feel like calling them about it. Other than that, a good experience. They are friendly, professional, and on time. The price is a bit steep, but competitive with other companies and for the quality of work they do, it's worth the peace of mind.

ARRIVED ON TIME AND WORKED CONSCIENTIOUSLY AND QUICKLY. THE CAULKING ON THE GLASS SLIDER WAS NOT ATTRACTIVE. I CALLED THE COMPANY AND THE VERY NEXT DAY TWO PEOPLE ARRIVED TO RECAULK. VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERYTIME I CALLED WITH A QUESTION.

SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. MY NEIGHBOR RECOMMENDED THEM AND I'M GLAD SHE DID. I HAVE GIVEN THEIR CARD TO OTHERS. PRICE WAS HALF WHAT OTHER COMPANIES WANTED TO CHARGE ME.

GREAT JOB. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CLEAN WORK. WE HAD A BIT OF A PROBLEM WITH ONE OF THE WINDOWS LEAKING BUT THEY IMMEDIATELY CAME OUT AND FIXED THE WINDOW.

THE WINDOWS TOOK A LITTLE LONGER THAN EXPECTED TO COME IN. THE CREW OF 4 GUYS HAD A MESS OVER A TWO DAY PERIOD, BUT CLEANED UP VERY NICELY. WINDOW ARE BEAUTIFUL AND I WILL RECOMMEND.
