Firstly (removed member name) my apologies. We endeavor to do all we do with excellence but don't reach that mark 100% of the time. In our contract/agreement with you I stated, " Guarantee: Our Promise: If you are not absolutely satisfied when we finish the cleaning I will reduce the fee to you on the spot to a level you feel is fair, without argument." Given your feedback on our work I suspect you'd feel better about everything if I didn't charge your for any of the work poorly done that day. I'm prepared to come over personally and do a complete cleaning at no charge, a $125 value. I sent an email soon after reading this but it may have ended up in your spam folder. If this will repair our relationship I'd be very happy to come over at a time that works for you and take care of this. Trust me...any customer dissatisfaction pains me, so please let me know how we can make this up. Paul
