Blue Ocean Window Cleaning

Very well, have used Blue Ocean several times and will continue to hire them. Very responsive, do great work.

Estimator counted 6 skylights, but workers counted 9 and charged an extra $100. Strange mistake for a seasoned professional to miscount the # of window/skylights. The total ended up being more than I had budgeted. Yes, they did a good job but I regret the misinformed estimate. I might have chosen another firm.

Very quickly and easily. Once started They were much later than planned, but the team called before they arrived. The hourly is perperson, which I was not told beforehand, but the total amount was fair. The windows were spotless and they cleaned up after themselves as they worked. I would definitely use Blue Ocean again.

Paul was responsive from the first phone call and drove over to assess the situation and give an estimate (honored Angies'list coupon). The windows and screens were extremely dirty from years of neglect and our recent renovation. He did such an excellent job when we walked in we thought the doors and windows were open!!!!! When I asked about smudges not cleaned off the window, I was told it was just the marks on the "old glass," and that they couldn't be removed because they were part of the glass. After they left, I took Windex and a paper towel and fixed that old glass right up. While they were working on the picture window in the living room, I could hear the squeegee being used on the outside of the window. I didn't think anything of it. But the next day in the afternoon, with the sun coming straight at the window, I found semi-circular scratches on the window, which I had never seen before. I can't say for sure they were made by these folks, because I didn't see the scratches at the time I heard the squeegee, but no one else had used a squeegee on that window in the previous six months or so.

They communicated accurately, arrived on time, cleaned under the estimated time and more than originally thought. I couldn't be more pleased.

They worked out very well. Their price was high.

Three men arrived promptly to begin washing many, many windows in our two story house. Our windows and screens were exceptionally dirty. Each screen was carefully removed and thoroughly washed. Our dirty window tracks were scraped out and vacuumed. Windows were washed to perfection. Paul and his crew were thoughtful, considerate and polite. They made little to no mess and completely cleaned up and placed furniture back in place. After the work was done, they went around to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. In total, it took 3 men 3 and 1/2 hours to finish our job. On top of that, they followed up by sending me an email making sure I was happy with the job. Truly professional and trustworthy. Highly recommend.

It worked okay. He was good and quite professional. He was pleasant and easy to work with. He was straight forward with his pricing. He basically did what he said he will do. The windows are how I like it. However he is far away because we live remotely so he has to charge us with travelling fee of $20 and he did mentioned that through the phone. Other than that the service is good.

Blue Ocean Window Cleaning did an excellent job of cleaning my windows and screens and were very accommodating to my requests. An assistant helper made a long scratch on one of the kitchen windows but the owner offered to have it repaired at his expense. I will be using their services again and would like to give an A rating to Blue Ocean Window Cleaning.

They showed up 20 minutes late , the $99 special went to $175 because some windows were larger , read the fine print. I'm sure I could have got the same deal just by looking through the yellow pages. They did a good job but I really wouldn't say I got the deal that I thought I was. Again , read the fine print . Any window that is not a " normal size" you will pay double for .

Blue Ocean Cleaning did a very good job but their pricing was more than other window cleaning services.

The windows and screens are beautifully cleaned and bright. Paul stands by his work and will return if the customer is unhappy in any way. We couldn't be more pleased, and will definitely use Blue Ocean in the future.

I have big bay windows in my home that needed cleaning. A family friend recommended Blue Ocean so I gave Paul a call and scheduled a time for his team to come out and clean them. They arrived on time and within about 10 minutes they were already working. The windows looked great. No streaks or water marks. I was happy with the results. It was a bit more expensive than I had planned but for the quality of work it was well worth it.
