Description of Work: Installed a new kitchen faucet. Uninstalled a old water filtration system. Refurbished a bathtub faucet. Ran a new line to the refridgerator ice maker. Cleared stopped up drain line.

New shower arm and tub spout. angle stop for toilet. 3 outdoor water faucets. 1 pressure regulator with ball valve. Men worked hard until they were done. Cleaned up and removed all trash. They were very pleasant and took pride in getting the job done right.

Description of Work: They replaced two bathroom faucets (which we had purchased previously) and did a diagnostic on our kitchen faucet, which was running slow. They were professional and pleasant, and completed the work on time. I did feel their prices seemed a bit high, but I hadn't done a lot of shopping for this beforehand, so I'm not sure about the industry standard.

Description of Work: I bought the $99 special hose faucet replacement thing but I would not use them again because I noticed that they have a $18.00 vehicle surcharge, meaning they charge you $18 right off the top because they have to use their vehicle to come to your house. I think this is a frivolous charge. Granted, doctors charge for house calls too, and plumber charge almost as much as doctors, but it seems to me that the vehicle charge should be absorbed by them. It isn't like we can bring our plumbing problems to them. The guy that came out said all plumbers add that charge, and maybe they do, but if Zech Plumbing added that charge they were smart enough to include it in the overall price of service. | |I wouldn't use Black Mountain Plumbing because I don't like being nickel and dimed. |

Description of Work: I had two items, a faulty outdoor faucet and a running toliet that needed repair. Solomon and Daniel arrived on time after calling to let me know that they were on their way. We went over the items and they gave me a quote on the repairs. They immediately got to work. Both Solomon and Daniel went above and beyond the repair. They were both knowledgable, efficient, courteous and respectful. | |The faucet was butt up against a rain gutter downspout. Daniel was able to remove the old welded on faucet with only minor scratches to the downspout. He replaced the faucet such that it could be easily replaced in the future if needed. He even patched an existing gap between the pipe and side of the house. | |Solomon explained the possible problems with the toliet beginning w/flapper and lift chain, checked for leaks with dye tablet. We settled on a re-build of the tank since it was 14 years old. As he was working on the re-build, he checked to see if there were any cracks or chips that could also be causing problems now or in the future. | |I highly recommend Black Mountain Plumbing. Let the buyer |beware; my ignorance of the simplicity of the job cost me a lot. BTW: The provider was professional, polite, friendly, etc. It's on me.

Description of Work: I can't recommend them more highly. I had a leak in a water purifier in my garage on Friday afternoon before Labor Day weekend. A plumber talked me through turning off the water, and then bypassing the water purifier so that my house could have water until a plumber could come out. I texted pictures of the system to the plumber and was given step by step instructions. When the plumber came out, the repair was done to my satisfaction. I now have another plumbing need and will call them again. |

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal to fix my 0utdoor hose. I don't think the job was very involved, but they were on time and knowledgeable. He checked a few other things, but didn't twist my arm to do things I didn't want. He also was nice enough to come at a time that wouldn't interfere with my work rather than only sticking to his usual time blocks.

Description of Work: Wanted an instant hot dispenser installed. They quoted a very high amount and we're not going to be able to do all of the work. I was very disappointed because I have used this company in the past for other services and had been very satisfied. I would use them for other plumbing needs but not so much on specialty areas such as this one.

Description of Work: Replaced ancient outdoor spigot and performed a whole house plumbing inspection which lead to a complete indoor sink drain line removal/replacement. Total time approx. 1 hour. VERY professional. VERY quick. VERY HIGH QUALITY parts & labor.
