Two people came to complete the various jobs and it was completed within a few hours. The price was reasonable. We plan to use them again in the future.

A tree had gotten into the pipe. The price was good and they did not take advantage of me. They were prompt and thoughtful. They did a great job and did not have to come back so I would say they did the job correctly.

It went very well. Our plumber is very knowledgeable! He is very polite and very helpful!

I have had an opportunity to speak to Dave B. when he has been out to do work for the homeowner's association and he has always been personable and knowledgeable. Is always willing to answer my questions. So I was pleased to see that he was the one sent to our call. This encounter was as usual. I was not at home, but spoke with them on the phone and described what the problem was. They were very friendly. I was given a 4 hour window, which is kind of alot, but my daughter was home so it worked out. I got a call when they had fixed the problem and was asked if there was anything else I needed them to do. I had a 15% coupon from Angie's List that I used as well. I would call them again with any plumbing issues.

Black Mountain called the following day to ensure that the problem had been resolved. They were very courteous and professional throughout the service. My issue is that it appears that they lack to tools to do the job. They charged me $230 and did not fix the problem.

Called Monday had a plumber here Wednesday morning. David was professional, explained everything and took his time to do it throughly and correctly. Pleased that we now have our new plumbing company.

Kevin was careful and thorough and did a great job. The new toe push drain looks nice and so does the new replacement faceplate.

Project went well. They were efficient, got the job done and cleaned up.

Awesome! These guys are great. After reading about them on Angie's List, I look them up at their website to learn more. Once content with what I found, I sent them an e-mail through their website. Apparently their website was having issues keeping track of who sent the e-mails so they had no idea how to contact me back via e-mail. As part of my question, I have provided my street address. So, Black Mountain Plumbing sent a driver to my house with a copy of my e-mail and a response to my questions. Now how many companies would do that?!? They were getting a five star rating from me for customer service even before they started the work on the projects I needed to address. Now for the work requested. We had the same excellent results. We would set up a scheduled block of time for the work, they call before coming, they arrived promptly, they finished the work as requested expeditiously, and they charge what I consider a very reasonable price for their work (especially since we use the 15% off coupon from Angie's list). Excellent!!! prompt, professional service.

The plumber called to give an arrival time and was here when he said. He had everything he needed to do the job with him. He was courteous, did a good job, and cleaned up when he was finished. He knew about their coupon and accepted it with no problem. Water pressure to the house is now what it should be. We have used Black Mountain Plumbing before and have always been pleased with their work.

Black Mountain was fast, friendly, professional, the price was higher than expected, but in the end, the quality was worth it. BOTTOM LINE....I'd call them again...and recommend them.

As always, the plumber called ahead to let me know he was on the way and arrived within the stated time frame. He was happy to take the Angie's List coupon which reduced the bill from $425 to $360. We thought the pressure was a little low in the days following the installation of the new valve (pressure was preset by the manufacturer) so we called and they were happy to come out the next day and make the adjustment at no additional charge. In the past few years they have installed four new faucets and their shut off valves and fixed a loose faucet in the kitchen. They installed a new toilet and shut off valve after a Handyman service botched the re-installation of the old one. The plumbers and helpers are always efficient, respectful and clean up after themselves. I've been very happy with their service.

The job went well. We were happy with them. They were able to come out at a time when we asked them to. I guess they were less expensive. They were reasonable. I don’t remember the amount we spent. I would use their services again in the future.

I called that morning and they were at my house in the early afternoon. During my initial call to black mountain plumbing they stated that there may be a need to remove the toilet depending on what was causing the clog. I felt informed so I was not shocked about the process once the plumber arrived. They first tried to snake the toilet but in the end they needed to remove the toilet to resolve the issue. It took a little time but they did resolve the issue and they were very responsive to my needs.

Things went very well. Was on time & very pleasant. Called when on way. I'm very happy. Diagnosed it was a loose handle.

I called in the morning and they said they'd have a technician out in the next few hours. I dug out a good portion of dirt since I was told they charge $90/hr for additional labor to remove the dirt. I found the pipe but didn't go further not wanting to create additional headaches. Technician came and was curtious and professional. Told me of the $90/hr charge that was in addition to any repair work costs. He dug another 15-20 minutes before finding the leak but was still going to charge an entire $90. Apparently there was a 1hr minimum for which I wasn't informed via phone. I thought it would be prorated. In any case the repair cost was $295. After mentioning, I was a little disappointed about the non-proration of teh $90, the technician reduced it based on the amount time involved. I really didn't see the full $90 as fair and give him props for being professional and reducing. Overall the repair took about 2hrs. I give them an A on everything except price, which seemed a little compared to regular plumber but I'd use them again based up their professionalism. Of the bigger plumbing companies they seem one of the better shops to go with.

David and Solomon were very punctual and professional. They immediately determined what the problem was got to work fixing it. I would definitely recommend Black Mountain Plumbing.

Excellent customer service, next day appt., very professional, very honest & helpful.

There were two things that stood out to me most about them. The first one was their responsiveness. They were able to get out to me that day when I called them within a couple of hours. The second one was that I got a good feeling of competence and professionalism. They weren't just a bunch of amateurs making some extra money on the side. It was pretty evident to me that this is what they do for a living and they know their stuff. I had a really good experience with them. I really enjoyed having a company like that for a change. I don't know what plumbers normally charge. They may be very fair, but 90 bucks an hour seemed pretty steep to me. That may be the going rate, but I really don't know. I would use them again without a doubt.
