John Horn came out to give us an estimate & explained everything that needed to be done to run a gas line from garage to kitchen. Charged $39 which was credited when gas line installed. John and Dillon came at appointed time range, they pulled out the old stove and put in garage, installed the gas line, very friendly and professional. Great communication with the entire company.

I am very pleased with the service I got. The plumber the company sent, Daniel Kent, was friendly and professional, and he arrived on time after calling me to inform me when he would be coming to my condo. He told me exactly what the costs might involve before he did any work, and he cleaned up after himself when he left. The drain now works perfectly! The original cost was $127, but I got a $12.70 discount for being an Angie's List member, so I paid $114.30. I would definitely recommend this company and this particular plumber.

They arrived a little late but called to explain their delay. The service technician quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. The company needed payment and we were not available on site to pay. I was able to call the office and complete the payment on the phone. They emailed us a copy of the bill. Our experience with Black Mountain Plumbing (three services) has always been professional, prompt and quality work. We will use their services in the future.

Black Mountain is the most professional plumbing company I have hired. Zion came to my mother's home to address an issue with a toilet. He was professional, had common sense, and had attention to detail. She hired three other plumbing companies in the past few years to attempt to fix the issue The flapper which was replaced each time. None of the other plumbers had the knowledge to also replace the small rubber tube that goes to the overflow tube. Reasonable rates. They service North County San Diego.

After the leak was pinpointed as underneath our dining room by a leak detection specialist (thanks to Jeff from CPL!), we met and then chose John to complete the job of capping and rerouting of our hot and cold water pipes. Ten hours later (the builder of our house turned out to be a master of piping, er, surprises), John with the assistance of Adam and Dylan restored our hot water 24/7 while not creating an unusable hot tub under our flooring. Thank you, thank you John for your diligence and patience!

Black Mountain Plumbing sent Zion to change out the supply lines and replace three angle stops under my kitchen sink. He did an excellent job. While working Zion noticed a spot where water had leaked from the supply line attached to my Moen faucet. He help me with the process of acquiring a replacement faucet from the Moen company by taking pictures, speaking to the representative, and making sure the faucet they were sending was compatible with my portable dishwasher's connection. I will be calling Black Mountain to arrange the faucet installation.

Very well. I would highly recommend this crew of young men who were very courteous, friendly and did not use foul language. Robert, the lead, did a great job of making sure the rooms were re-piped with the least amount of drywall destruction. Highly recommend!!

The work was completed in a timely manner. Everything was completed as requested.

A plumber came out, on time, and fixed all the drains. They're now running fine.

Excellent. Soloman diagnosed the issue quickly. He was professional and respectful. Made sure the furniture was covered add cleaned up after he was done. Also checked some areas and noticed that I had another issue. Showed me what was the issue, explained it and wrote up an estimate. I was very happy and will request him to fix that issue

Called Tuesday late AM and got an appt. for Wednesday mid-day. Called ahead to let me know on their way, was here for 2 hours replacing the garbage disposal and associated pipes. Found out that previous company used during kitchen remodel had done the work out of code, and replaced that too. Advised me on how to prevent problems in the future with use of disposal. Had a trainee with him, and did some teaching as well, which was interesting to me. Cleaned up after work done, and honored the bid, although I think it took longer than they had originally anticipated.

They sent one plumber for the work. He explained and showed us what happened.

They were fast, professional, friendly, and explained everything. It's our first time using them. We've been home owners for over 30 years and we found a great plumber! We will will refer them to family and friends and anyone who needs a great plumber!

Called a couple of other plumbers and waited for a call back. Black Mountain answered the phone promptly and sent out a plumber the next day. James was excellent. He reviewed the situation and spent about 15-20 minutes on the phone walking me through the options. He did a service that day on the water valve, and came out he following week to install the faucets and replace the supply lines. He called both before doing the work and after it was completed. I would definitely use Black Mountain Plumbing and request a James Kim again.

Job was completed well. They jack-hammered the concrete in front of the house to get to the broken pipe. Replaced pipe and installed a new faucet. Cleaned up well after themselves.

The work was done very professionally. They came on short notice, they were punctional and they seemed to do a very good job. THey carefully checked for leaks and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. I was definitely pleased with their service.

Solomon was professional, helpful and wanted to ensure that I was happy with his service. These guys are great.

It went great. For the first issue, the owner came out, and while we were under the impression we needed a hard gas line installed underground, he explained we could do this much more cheaply with parts from Home Depot and a plumber to install a flex line with quick releases that would only be hooked up when we were using the fire pit. He saved us thousands with this advice, and when we decided to go ahead, we used BMP to do the installation. For the second issue, we had already been quoted a very high price by another plumber to replace the Everhot, so we just left it broken for a long time. When we got BMP out to quote it, the price was less by about $200 so we went ahead and did it. They threw in the leak alarm for free. In every case of contact with this company, and with every visit, they were the peak of professional, courteous, punctual, reasonably priced service. They will be our go-to plumbers from here on in.

I can't comment too much because we're ongoing with them. We're still utilizing. It's an ongoing project. They were great. The guy was really good. Their pricing was very good too, with a senior discount. They did a good job. They were here when they said they were going to be. The guy was great.

We were having difficulties with a suspected blockage in the sewer drain for our house. I made an online appointment request on Black Mountain Plumbing’s website and within a couple hours was contacted by their office to make an appointment and both a confirmation email and text were sent. The plumber, Solomon, called to let me know he was on his way. Solomon arrived on time, was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He kept me informed of his progress and made suggestions for preventive maintenance. I was very impressed with his level of customer service and professionalism and will recommend Solomon and Black Mountain Plumbing without hesitation.

Everyone went above and beyond to get me through my plumbing 'crisis'. The staff, all of them, were polite, efficient, and innovative. I highly recommend them if want top notch service at competitive costs.
