John and Dylan are the best. Even though Dylan was in training, it was obvious that he was knowledgeable and being trained well. While they were here, I asked about a problem I had been having with a recirculating pump they had installed previously and they noticed a problem with the previous installation, which they immediately took care of, no charge. We have used Black Mountain Plumbing for all our plumbing needs for 10 years and they are always, prompt, professional and communicative. I highly recommend them.

Daniel did an excellent job. He was professional and very helpful. He explained and showed me why our toilet was wobbling. I appreciate that Black Mountain Plumbing photograph all repairs which are recorded in my file, keeping an excellent history of my plumbing repairs.

They recommended toilet replacement since they were over 20 years old. They did not hear any gurgling or sounds from close by drains that indicated any clog in the lines. They explained that toilets this old were slow by design even when new. Their replacement cost for a toilet (comfort height, dual flush) of $750 seemed high so we went with HomeDepot for about $300 for installation and materials (including the comfort height, dual flush toilet).

Excellent company I have used Black Mountain Plumbing twice now and both times they have been great to work with. We had faucets and toilets to install and the plumbers sent over always are courteous, efficient, and patient with all of my questions. They explained all the work that would be needed and prepped me for possible additional work that might be needed once they get started. Fortunately all went well with the projects and there were no additional charges. There was a manufacturer problem with one of the faucets which the plumbers fixed at no additional charge. Very nice. The billing was electronic, very clear, and easily paid. I would certainly recommend them again.

Everything was completed properly as usual. This is the 4th time I've called Black Mountain Plumbing and they are the best plumbers I've ever used. I will definitely call Black Mountain again for any plumbing tasks I need done.

The technician (owner's son) arrived within the stated time frame. He determined that it would be necessary to pull the skirted Toto toilet to determine whether the wax ring was leaking or if the gasket was responsible. He determined that the wax ring was leaking, which was the less expensive of the two possibilities, and it could be fixed with materials on his truck rather than ordering parts. He replaced the wax ring, re-set the toilet, cleaned up thoroughly, and caulked the base of the toilet. I am very happy with the quality and professionalism of the work.

Adam called to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. He tested the regulator and showed me it passed. He then replaced the valve as I had requested and did a very neat professional looking repair. He spent the time to answer my questions. I will definitely call Black Mountain Plumbing again when I need more plumbing services.

Shut off valves were replaced. Master bath shower valve was repaired by installing new valve sleeve. Fortunately, the plumber had the new sleeve available in the truck.

Excellent and Professional. They were on time and did the work as requested. Prior to the appointment they walked me through the costs and the work was performed exactly as set forth in the consultation. We did some additional work on other plumbing issues and they kept to the same process.

Their initial estimate was accurate and seemed fair. They arrived on the early side and went to work. Very professional and helpful. Finished product looked great, worked great and they left things tidy and finished early. I would use them again.

We had a leaking pipe in the footing of the foundation near the water heater in the garage. After the initial evaluation, it was determined that I would need to also hire a leak detection company to determine the location of the leaking pipe. I was a little surprised that BMP didn't handle this, but I am unfamiliar with how things work in this area. It was good news that my problem would require a minor pipe reroute to the kitchen sink area. Adam Ferrell was our technician and he did a fantastic job, very professional and punctual. He explained the whys and hows of the work to be done. The timing and responsiveness were great, allowing me to get all the needed work done in one day, AND that is important when a pipe is leaking water (liquid gold). I would highly recommend!

Solomon was super - very polite, friendly, knowledgeable... Unclogged drain using medium-sized snake machine. Also checked static and dynamic water pressure. Entire experience for me was excellent/couldn't be happier. Unable to comment on price as I didn't contact other plumbers; however, for me the results justified the price.

A pinhole leak developed overnight in a copper fitting in the wall behind an upstairs bathroom. The water damaged the walls and soaked the carpeting in an adjacent closet and to the ceiling of the room below before we caught it. I contacted Black Mountain Plumbing the following morning to have them perform leak detection and to repair the water line. James Kim was dispatched that morning to perform the work. He did an excellent job finding the leak source, which was especially tricky due to the multiple possible source locations and the fact that a pinhole leak only emits a slight hissing sound which is deadened by wall boards and insulation. Once found, James proceeded to open the upstairs closet wall to gain access to the failed pipe assembly and rebuilt it. He was efficient and his work was the highest quality. I trust and use Black Mountain Plumbing exclusively for all the plumbing work in my home. Everyone at BMP that has ever done work for me has been highly professional, skilled, and generally good people. I highly recommend them.

We were so happy with the repair job.....they gave a fair price and the work was done quickly. We were nicely surprised by the plumber and his kindness and professionalism....we absolutely would recommend and hire again. Best ever!

The plumber had more difficulty replacing the cartridge than I would have imagined and in contrast to another plumber who'd done a similar replacement in the past.

Very well. Excellent follow through. Plumber needed to locate a part and did so very quickly.

John Horn from Black mountain plumbing called to confirm he is coming on time, did all the repairs as promised and with high quality and left instructions on when toilet can be used again (which previous company never did) The price was about 15% lower than another reputable company quoted us and we are very happy with the job. Black Mountain plumbing will be the first company we will call for future projects. Thanks for a good experience
