Excellent. I upgraded my shower head and knobs to something I never would have been able to assemble myself. Plumber had to go into a crawl space and work his magic.

Service was friendly, efficient and thorough. Highly recommend!

Travis was honest, fast, efficient, professional and personable. He evaluated all the work to be done first and then gave us an estimate in writing before starting any work, which I really appreciated. I thought the price was fair for the work he did. We would ask for Travis again for any future plumbing needs, and we plan to ask this company for a quote on our planned future bathroom remodels.

Daniel Kent is yet another super friendly and competent plumber from Black Mountain Plumbing who loves his job. While he worked on the sinks he gave me lots of great tips and recommendations. I love how Black Mountain is high tech such as using texting to help with appointments and reminders. I'm planning future jobs for them.

Daniel and Nick did a great job. Came over within the time window with plenty of forewarning via text so we could get home in tike. Got the work done quickly, extremely professional throughout. These guys are fantastic. The estimate was similar to another quote we got, but their quality and professionalism makes it a no brainer.

Daniel was on time, very courteous, professional and let me know what he thought would be best for what was needed to bring the toilet to the best working order. He gave me the price for what I agreed on having done and asked me if I was a member of Angies List, which I am, and I received a 10% discount on my bill because I am. I would not have thought to ask for the discount. I would 100% recommend Black Mountain Plumbing if all the plumbers are as efficient and professional as Daniel. Scott and Joel did an excellent job and were very professional, and clean and tidy. They went the extra mile by replacing the wood around the drain and supporting it underneath.

the night shift plumber, James Kim, arrived ~ 20 minutes after my call. Took him an hour to replace both valves and reconnect the system. James was polite and professional and pointed out some potential future problems to keep an eye out for.

Scott was very professional, courteous and informative. The installation of the sink was performed a month ago and I still smile when I am standing at it and seeing the wonderful job he did on the installation. The sink we purchased on-line at Amazon had a blemish so they found us a sink locally and still completed the installation on the same day. We will definitely use Black Mountain Plumbing again.

We were not charged for the shower reinstall, the tub spout - they came with one in the truck and installed it with no problems. the price was fair.

Above & Beyond my expectations. Scott from BMP not only completed an amazing installation of my new whirlpool tub, but he expeditiously found a solution to a major bump in the road. My tub was ordered backward (by me). Scott caught this immediately and Black Mountain Plumbing took it upon themselves to help me out. Despite the fact that Lowe's employees were having trouble identifying the replacement product, Scott, with the help of his son (intern), drove around the county until they found the right one and had the install completed flawlessly and fast. We called on a Monday and received a call back to tell us someone would be at our house between Noon and 4:00PM. James came around 2:30PM and determined that the leak was not coming from a coupling joint, but from a crack in the pipe itself. James was very professional and provided me with updates on how the repair was proceeding. James replaced the drain pipe and problem solved. We are very pleased with the promptness and service we got from James.

They were able to schedule me for next day service, which was great. James diagnosed the leak and was correct in his diagnosis. He rebuilt the toilet mechanism and replaced gaskets. It is like a new toilet now. Excellent job. Nice people.

Parts had to be ordered and they kept us updated about the arrival of the parts and when they could get back out to install.

Excellent! I was notified via text when Daniel was on his way and he also called with update on expected arrival time. He reduced the price I was quoted since we had already removed the old faucet. He did an excellent job, I would definitely use Black Mountain Plumbing again and recommend them to anyone needing a plumber. Daniel even discovered the reason for our 'stinky drain'---it was the hose to the air gap so he replaced that as well. The cost I noted below is after the 10% discount for Angies List customers.
