Description of Work: Soloman - the plumber came and investigated until he located the problem of my kitchen sink leak. Happenstance he had worked on a rental property of mine 8months ago too! Very professional and passionate plumber. Black Mountain Plumbing rock - definitely my preferred plumber!

Description of Work: The good experience started when I first called and spoke to Kathy who was friendly, efficient and responsive. The plumber, Scott, arrived first thing the next morning, on time. He identified the problem quickly and quickly installed a new disposal that had been leaking. I thought the cost was reasonable and I was particularly impressed that Scott brought up the discount offered without my needing to ask about it. Scott was pleasant, professional and efficient. Before he left he made several suggestions about how our sink area might be improved. No hard sell, just friendly suggestions. Very nice. My first experience with a vendor identified through Angie's List was very good.

Description of Work: David came to my home on time and inspected my plumbing throughout the house and flushed the water heater. I am completely satisfied with his work and the inspection. He did a thorough job and offered some good information regarding my plumbing. Very good work. I would hire him again if needed.

Description of Work: Robert did a quick but careful inspection of leaking below sink with garbage disposer and found problem. He tried to repair instead of replacing broken part. But finally he shown me the problem is not fixable. I was convinced and be willing to pay for the cost. My overall impression is good except the price. Anyway, he get the job done. It's most important.

Description of Work: The two plumbers arrived promptly in clean well cared for vans and uiiforms and went to work. Dave and Soloman were professional and pleasent. When they completed the bathroom work room was was cleaner than when they started. I will recommend Black Mountain Plumbing with no reservations.

Description of Work: Their ad says they do leak detection. However, when we called them to set up an appointment regarding a leak detection they said they do not do leak detection. They need to correct their ad with Angie's List.

Description of Work: They have done some plumbing work for me. It was awhile ago that the work was done, but I’m sure it was fine.

Description of Work: I actually did not use this company. However, they were extremely professional, on time and gave some suggestions on how to save money on items they weren't even bidding on. I was getting bids to have a clean out put in my sewer pipe as well as water pressuring my pipes out. I ended up using someone else on Black Mountain's recommendation, only because they could not do the water pressuring.

Description of Work: They came in and replaced a water circulator for the shower.
