Hello [member name removed] we received your review and ratings on our company and services. Thank you! We apologize that we were not able to meet you standards. I am sure that you are familiar with “Angie’s List” review guild lines. Your review shall be honest and entirely correct. First of all: You are stating that we completed work at your residence on February 3, 2014. [member name removed], I provided you with a proposal for miscellaneous electrical troubleshooting and repair work on December 13, 2012 and we have not worked for you on February 3, 2014. You are incorrect! Second of all: We provided you with a written proposal, outlining ALL of our conditions and pricing. If you believe that our price was worth an “F”, why did you hire us? And….. What made you decide to give us an “F” for quality? We do not collect money from our customers unless they are totally satisfied. Why didn’t you mention your concerns to me or us when we completed our work? So many questions, so little time. Long story short……WHY? Sincerely. Martin Beck President
