I have used Bay Park Moving in the past and they are always on time, fast, and efficient. Their estimates on time and recommended number of movers are always spot on. When scheduling they tell you what times they have available and calling a few weeks in advance I have always been able to pick a date and time that fit with my schedule. They showed up on time, were careful with my belongings, and got the job done quickly. Their prices are very reasonable and I would highly recommend them!

Joe and his crew ( Johnny, Victor and Abe) were great. They were professional and very efficient. They were on time and didn't stop working until the job was done. They moved every item to the designated spot, some of the items had to be moved down hill and in the backyard. They also helped put outdoor kitchen back together which was very nice. The owner, Doug called us the next day to see how everything went. I highly recommend Bay Park Movers.

Obtained an estimate prior to signing a contract. Further communication with Bay City Moving was handled via email. Three movers arrived on time. They were personable, professional and skilled. Actual cost was less that original estimate. Key is for the owner to be organized. I had packed myself and boxes were clearly marked. One family member was at the original location and I was at the new location. They assembled pre-agreed items (bed, dry sink, mirror, etc.). I would definitely use again and consider for both local, instate and out-of-state moves.

The estimate was very professional and the moving team great ! I would refer this company to anyone who needed a move large or small. The team was cheerful, fast and professional. They did the work quickly and off loaded several very heavy items with confidence and care. Thank very very much!

I have used Bay Park a number of times to move furnishings for myself and my real estate customers with complete satisfaction. The owner, Doug Hackley, is very easy to work with and is always accommodating of the client's needs which are often last-minute. His rates are very reasonable and his staff are a pleasure to work with. I will use Bay Park Movers at every opportunity.

I chose this company after reading their reviews on Angie's List. l They arrived promptly, using 2 trucks. I had already done 95% of the packing. They put all the furniture in one truck, boxes in the other. When we got to the new house (my daughter's place) we found that my daughter had not finished moving out, which caused a few bumps in the road. But these guys handled it very well.

They missed estimated the price and wanted 805 but honored the 732. Even both the prices were the best in comparison to the companies we had checked with. They were professional, on time, took time to protect the items.

I helped a friend move her belongings out of her house (she was not there) into storage. The movers showed up early and assessed the situation (was not sure if everything would fit into storage). They were super friendly (Joe, Al and David) and super helpful. Joe even lent us some tools to take apart a table. Also worked with me to ensure I got the best deal. They were really efficient (they moved fast but carefully). Joe packed the stuff into storage so well that there is room for more. He was also super patient when there was a little payment glitch. I would definitely use them again and will recommend them without hesitation.

I was lucky enough to get the Samoan Crew (Joe, Al, Dave & Fili) for my move and they were outstanding. They were well-mannered, hard-working, very professional and made the moving experience much less difficult than it normally is. If you use this company, be sure to ask for the Samoan Crew for EXCELLENT service.

The estimator came to the house prior to the move to discuss the procedure and give an estimate. He quoted estimated time and cost and included a not to exceed cost per State requirements.The estimator and movers arrived per the arranged time.Although the actual cost was calculated on an hourly basis the movers (Victor, Johnny and Lee) worked quickly and efficiently to complete the move in less than the estimated time.There was no damage to the furniture. The drive was previously coated and it sustained some marking from the loading ramp. In future, the customer would put a piece of carpet under the ramp.

Outstanding, excellent, professional, superb, punctual, what else do you need to know? Doug provided an amazingly accurate estimate after a short tour of our 3BR house. He was professional, courteous and punctual. The movers (Erik, Johnny and Vic) showed up right on schedule (after calling to tell us they were on the way) and immediately went to work. This was not an easy move, because in addition to the usual stuff we also had roughly 50 heavy, book-filled boxes, many of which had to be lugged down a flight of stairs. I was super impressed with their hustle; all three of them worked their butts off until the truck was filled, then drove in a timely, safe manner to the new place and immediately unloaded the truck. They treated our belongings with great care and attention; nothing was broken, not even a scratch! And to top it off, Eric found some money that my wife had hidden beneath the mattress and turned it over to me (I was in the back yard at the time, and had no idea that the money was there). I cannot say enough positive things about this experience, and I want to thank Doug, Erik, Johnny and Vic for doing such a great job. I highly recommend Bay Park Moving.

They actually showed up earlier than we expected and were finished well before our allotted elevator time at our new condo.

How did it go overall? Flawless. These guys are awesome... the best movers I've ever had, and I've moved 10 times in the last 12 years. Hands down, every aspect of this move was textbook perfect. That began with their can-do attitude, excellent communication, and making what is a stressful experience downright enjoyable. We were well packed and ready to go. The crew of four movers showed up and immediately went to work. They were incredibly fast, yet overall careful with each and every piece. Our questions were answered, and I don't think they ever said "No" to any request. Honestly, I've worked with movers who aren't happy about moving something big. We have an antique Asian door—5 ft wide, 8 feet tall, weighs at least 800 pounds. These guys didn't bat an eye at that. In fact, they even thanked ME after the move for giving them a challenge, and getting to move something they'd never handled before. That says it all. I gladly tipped all four of them extra well for being so positive, fast and careful. There is no comparison, Bay Park Movers did us right... they are the only company I will call in the future.

This is the 5th move my family members have made with Bay Park Movers. Phone assistance was helpful as always; documents were mailed to arrive a day or two before move. Crew chief, Eric, called about 45 minutes before arrival on the morning of the move. All three movers introduced themselves and shook hands with my daughter, her husband and me upon arrival. Eric walked thru the apartment, commented on how prepared they were (closets emptied, beds stripped, boxes marked and stacked neatly, odd pieces in large open boxes for ease of handling), then they got to work. Because of the distance from apartment to parking lot, this move took more time than previous ones, but the guys worked at a steady pace. One stayed in the truck, loading and organizing (boxes first), one carted four or five boxes at a time on a furniture dolly to him and Eric helped with those plus handled "special stuff" like their brand new king sized bed and the 80 gallon turtle tank. He was particularly sensitive to the fact that my daughter was tired and stressed. I appreciated the fact that he learned all of our names and used them often during the day. He made the whole experience as easy as possible. At the new apartment, everything was placed where requested, they cleaned up quickly and finished in under five hours.

They were prompt, efficient, and friendly. They came in substantially below their estimate. (We used them 3 years ago to move her into the old apartment.)

They were very good. Very quick. They took special care of everything.

I was concerned when the crew came out the morning of the move, because the crew chief said he had to invalidate the estimate because we weren't done with our packing yet so that would take more time. But at the end of the day, they were so efficient that they were done by 2:00 and the total price was about $200 less than the estimate (which I gave back to them as a tip). Nothing was broken or damaged, everything was put where we wanted it and reassembled correctly. Great job!
