Description of Work: They were absolutely wonderful. Not one thing broken and I had alot of china, glass and collectibles. Polite, on time, packed and unpacked fast and with care. Did what I asked on where furniture, appliances and boxes went. I couldn't have asked for a better service.

Description of Work: Bay Park moved all the furniture off our hardwood floors. They were on time, very careful, efficient, and very neat and organized. Overall a good experience

Description of Work: I had used this company in the past and was quite satisfied with their punctuality and professionalism. This time I hired them for 2 moves in one week. My disabled brother and I had been together for 5 years. Last year I was hospitalized most of the year and Mike (brother) had to pretty much take care of himself--and did quite well. So He got his own apartment, and I got mine--two separate moves. Both moves went very smoothly, except--I found a lot of breakage in my move. I have several collections of statuary, including 7 fairies--5 of which lost their wings in the move (super glue time). I didn't report it to Bay Park Movers, since I found that the packing done by my 2 nieces was pretty poor,considering the subjects. Some of my Francis Hook pieces were also broken. Perhaps some boxes were not handled with "fragile" care. However, nothing was smashed beyond repair. Otherwise--the move was good.

Description of Work: I have moved a number of times and this was by far the best experience i have had. There where 4 guys and every one of them were working hard and following any direction we gave. There where done much faster then i expected because they worked for hard. Great Job!!

Description of Work: contents of a smaller home were packed and shipped to a larger home across town. There was no significant damage to any of the pieces of furniture. The movers were very careful with the furniture. Afair number of the items did not get moved due to inadequate planning of manpower needed to complete the job.

Description of Work: Moved 1 BR apartment in less than 3 hrs (including 20min travel time). My one bedroom apartment was in the back building on the 2nd floor-a lot of walkways and stairs. They were prompt, efficient and careful.

Description of Work: Called for an estimate. It took 2 days for Doug to return my call. He agreed to call me to inform me of an approximate time for the estimate on the day of service. He called 1 hour 45 minutes late, with the explanation that estimates are free, and he was with a real customer. Overall, I found him to be lacking in professionalism.

There were many boxes, a very heavy piano, bedroom furniture, fragile items, lawn furniture, etc. They also moved some furniture already in our home from the second floor to the first floor. They were excellent ! They were on time, professional, VERY efficient and pleasant. The estimate given to us was for $4.75 hours and they finished in 3.25 hours.

Description of Work: Contents of a 2 br, 2.5 ba, 1600 sqft townhouse were moved from the UTC area to Caramel Valley (about 10 miles). We performed all box packing, and movers packed/secured large items and furniture. A washer and dryer were included in the move, but not a refrigerator.
