TC and his onsite supervisor Antonio could not have been more accommodating! Despite a 71 day nightmare of an escrow due to a unscrupulous realtor & lender, TC assured me they would be available once I got my home. I received the keys on Thursday night & they started the following Monday. And as most know, once you get in, there are more things that need to be done than you had anticipated. They took it in stride and worked with me in a totally professional manner to help get the major things done before I moved in as my timeline was short. The team accommodated the electrician and even recommended a good plumber. TC kept me updated timely on the progress and the costs. It was such a relief to work with a honest and communicative team after what I’d just been through in purchasing the home. The entire crew were hard workers and my home now looks so beautiful! I’d attach before & after photos if I were unpacked, but alas, that will be taking some time, 😬. Lol I highly recommend TC as a contractor and will be using him and his team in the future for my bathroom remodels.

We had another painter do a portion of the house and to say they were not very good would be an understatement of epic proportions. But this isn't a review focusing on the moron with a paint brush. This is my note on what a good painter can do. Armor-Tek, TC and crew communicated perfectly and they didn't over-promise and under-deliver like most painters out there. Instead, they gave a competitive/reasonable estimate, a reasonable time-frame and then, go figure, performed exactly as they promised. Their bar was set low, but wow did they leapfrog it! An enthusiastic thumb taken out of the last painter's eye and high up where it belongs!
