Armor Tek did an amazing job restoring and remodeling our bathroom after a major valve burst. TC and his team are great communicators, give fair and honest quotes, show up as promised and do quality work. We have hired Armor Tek several times since this initial job and will continue to use them in the future.

I literally cannot recommend Armor Tek more highly. For obvious reasons I hope to never need his flood restoration services again, but if for some reason we do suffer water damage and/or mold again, I would absolutely use Armor Tek again. Our job ended up being significantly more gnarly than initially expected, and throughout TC was a great, clear communicator and repeatedly went way above and beyond to try to get our situation mitigated so we could get back home asap. Our attic , which we learned during the course of this work has been a secret disaster area since about 1977, is now immaculately clean and mold-free. I'm positive TC should have charged us more than he did, to be honest, but really appreciate his consideration of all our needs. To top it off he is a really kind person who is clearly passionate and knowledgeable about indoor air quality -- I learned tons from working with him. So if you do have the misfortune to need to mitigate mold or water damage in your home, you'll thank yourself later if you choose to work with Armor Tek

Very well. TC was very professional and constantly was in contact with me. Easy to talk to about projects and when issues happened at other companies he step up and handled it very professionally. Highly recommend and definitely will be using in later projects!

I've referred TC to many of my real estate clients over the years, and I’ve seen firsthand the quality of his work, which ranges from deck repairs, painting, and kitchen and bath remodels to water intrusion abatement/repair and leak detection. I’m sure I’m forgetting a few projects, but TC is always my go-to referral for contracting or extensive handyman needs. Personally, he's helped me replace an A/C unit and carried out structural and stucco repairs. Having known TC for many years, I genuinely enjoy working with him and his crew. We needed to rent our house after our jobs relocated us for 6 years. We used a local team first to get the house ready for renting. After over $13K, the house was still not ready and the paint job was awful. (They did do a couple of things pretty good - not ALL terrible.) But they couldn't get us to the rental ready condition and they already had been "working" on it for 6 months. By this time we were broke and our property manager suggested we use Armor-Tek. TC was so gracious and listened to all the problems and fixed EVERYTHING both started and untouched. He and his team finished in 2 weeks!! His prices reflect the quality of his work - but we already went "cheap" the first time. I don't have pictures, but hope to post them when we get back out there. Things we really appreciate in TC: He is Christian, he is a US Veteran, his work is top-notch, and his moral compass points in the right direction. Thank you, TC for all your work so we didn't lose our house. (BTW - this is our home, it was never a rental before. It was in good condition when we moved, it needed both bathrooms updated/partial reno, paint throughout (I had custom colors that not everyone likes, lol), wall patching from various installations and heavy pictures, front and back yards updated, new fence on ONE side. I wasn't overly pleased with the services. I chose the company because our design consultant recommended them, and their quote came in a little less than another company. But when it came to actually working with them, I found many situations each day at the end of the day where I needed to ask the painters to do it over or correct splatter. I've waited to write a review to see how the paint would hold up. A few months after the job, I started noticing the paint peeling off in the master bathroom, and in the powder room. I haven't called them back because I didn't enjoy the interaction with the employees. When I asked our design consultant why he'd recommended the company, he said he was friends with one of the workers, but actually had chosen not to hire the company for his own property.

I have a two-story Spanish style stucco house with wood trim in Rancho San Diego. It hadn't been painted in at least 15 years and there was mildew staining on the bottom two-three feet of the stucco. I got 3 quotes for whole house exterior painting, and chose Armor Tek because of a recommendation from a neighbor and they were willing to work with me on pricing. At one point during the prep, a problem was discovered with some rotting wood on my deck, they agreed to replace these for a very modest fee. The job took about a week, the workers were punctual, polite and tidy. At the end, the house turned out beautifully.

We were recommended to this provider by our flooring contractor who had worked with them before, They called me back promptly and sent someone up to do a quote within a day. They worked with our flooring contractor to get the job done as we had a tight time schedule. Overall the rooms look great and they left everything spotless not to mention they were very careful with our newly installed wood floors - no paint spills at all.

First- estimate was way off but he did stand by it but clearly skimped to make sure he didn't wind up in the red b/c less that 2 years later the paint is peeling OFF THE WALLS and the trim, and he (the owner) refuses to stand by his "lifetime" guarantee. I would NOT recommend this company.

This was excellent work done by real craftsmen. It was a difficult job with twenty five foot walls and complex woodwork that required stripping. My house is sixteen years old, but they made it look like new.

The house looks terrific and I was very impressed with the quality of their work. They were done quickly and made sure that everything was cleaned up and neat when they were done. They replaced anything that was not right like bushes near the house and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The crew leader, Arturo, came out on a Saturday morning to go over the paint job with me. He was very polite and knowledgeable, and told me "no problem" for everything I wanted done. They started on Monday and were finished on Wednesday - very fast, very efficient, cleaned up each day. There were a few things I wanted changed and a little finish work that needed to be done, and Arturo came out the following Saturday morning and fixed everything I asked. He was great. Im completely satisfied with this company and their work. I will definitely use them again for any future painting I need done.

Arrived on appointments on time. Employees left area clean after every shift. Owner helped pick colors. They did everything he promised. Cheapest price quote that I received.

AS FAR AS WE ARE CONCERNED, I HAVE NO COMMENT OTHER THAN HE DID A GOOD JOB AND WAS ON TIME. THERE WAS TERMITE DAMAGE SO HE HAD TO DO REPAIR WORK ON STUCCO. WE ARE GOING TO GIVE HIM THE INSIDE PAINTING JOB AS SOON AS WE ARE READY.

The crew members (5) were all very neat, courteous and on time. The foreman explained the day's plan each morning and checked with me before leaving when finished. I feel the price was reasonable for the amount of work that had to be done and am pleased with the finished job. I would recommend this firm to others.

OWNER TONY MARTIN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RELIABLE. HE GAVE AN ON-SITE ESTIMATE AND WAS FLEXIBLE WITH BOTH WORKLOAD AND SCHEDULING. HIS WORKERS WERE COURTEOUS AND NEAT, ALTHOUGH WE HAD TO CALL THEM BACK TO TEND TO A FEW OVERLOOKED OR SLOPPY AREAS. TO THEIR CREDIT, THEY FIXED THESE AREAS TO OUR SATISFACTION.

THE SALES REP/FRANCHISE OWNER TONY MARTIN WAS OUT ON TIME and BID THE JOB BEFORE LEAVING. MADE SPECIAL EFFORT, AS GUEST ROOM WAS RUSH JOB. ARRIVED FRI @ 7:30 AM, ALL PREP DONE BY 2PM, PAINTED UNTIL 2PM. PLACE WAS IMMACULATE WHEN LEFT AFTER WALK THROUGH INSPECTION, FANTASTIC CREW AND COMPANY.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, COOPERATIVE, RETURNED PHONE CALLS IMMEDIATELY, AND THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. THEY ACTUALLY FINISHED THE JOB IN LESS TIME THAN THEY HAD ESTIMATED. IT WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE AND THEY WERE EASY TO WORK WITH.

AN EXCELLENT TEAM OF PAINTERS. THEY WERE FRIENDLY, POSITIVE AND HARD-WORKING... WERE ALWAYS HERE ON TIME. THEY WERE CAREFUL, DETAILED, AND DID A GREAT JOB. CLEANED UP EACH DAY BEFORE LEAVING.
