Description of Work: My client backed into her garage door and disabled its operation. Jerome came out with a free estimate and then returned and made repairs to wooden garage door. I have used Jerome several times at client homes as well as my own house. He is always prompt, extremely courteous, knowledgable and very prompt. He is the perfect small business owner and I recommend him highly.

Description of Work: The automatic garage door unit came unattached from the door as well as the rail. Jerome was out their exactly the time he promised. Was extremely pleasant, explained the problem and got right to repairing it. He installed another piece of aluminum to the door, reattached the unit to the garage door railing and we were back in business. Only took fifteen minutes. He was excellent and I would definitely rehire him and recommend him to our friends and family. It appeared my old company Safe and Secure did a very poor job installing the original unit.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE THE MOST FRIENDLIEST PEOPLE EVEN WHEN IT CAME TO ASKING QUESTIONS. THEY LOOKED PRETTY PROFESSIONAL AND REALLY LOOKED LIKE THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY WORKED FAST, BUT THEY DID EVERYTHING JUST RIGHT.
